Aquanimous Cork Massage Balls Natural Firm Ultra-Light Eco-Friendly Deep Tissue Massage with Travel Bag (Set of 3)

While I normally use a lacrosse ball to release muscle knots, I found that this cork ball allows me to get into some difficult areas like the upper quad and hip flexors more effectively than a lacrosse ball or foam roller does. Due to the surface texture, the ball holds its position on the floor and doesn't tug at clothing like a lacrosse ball does.

I've been using smaller diameter balls for years but I am really enjoying this cork ball for hip work primarily but trying it out elsewhere, love it and affordable for what it is, especially compared to some overpriced hoity toity competitors.

Get all the "balls" jokes out of your system, then enjoy rolling these all over your body!A friend of mine had a set of these massage balls, and I, being new to martial arts training, am one giant constant cramp. Using these is a great way to get some great massage action when you don't have the funds or time or spare set of hands to try to work the knots out of your neck, back, and other hard-to-reach areas. The tiny ball is great for pinpoint areas and super-hard knots, like getting a nice knobby elbow to dig in deep. The bigger ball is great for medium pressure and a bigger surface area. The large, two-pronged blob ball (that's not a technical term, btw) is perfect for between the shoulder blades and areas surrounding the spine (between swimming and karate, I'm always sore there!)What I really like about these is the fact that they're made from cork. Unlike some plastic massage balls/devices I've used before, the natural product feels really good on both skin and clothes. It has a nice little bit of give so you're not giving yourself bruises, but the product holds up really well to extremely firm massaging. It's also great because it's renewable and sustainable! After borrowing my friend's set for a while, I finally broke down and bought my own, along with two other sets to give as gifts. Highly recommended!

This is great! And hard enough to massage deep tissues. Hope they make larger sizes in the future!

WAY better than a Lacrosse ball which causes my body way more damage than it solves.These have just a little bit of cork give making them feel slightly cushioned and not so harsh.You won't get anywhere solving a problem while creating a different one.I did however return the cork travel roller because that feels like it is made of concrete and no where near as soothing as the balls.

I run an ecological regeneration center and organic farm and these eco-friendly balls are a great way to work out the kinks after a day of harvesting cacao or planting trees. I also teach a weekly yoga class and incorporate the balls into my class. The students really like the effects of the facial release and massage. They are light, super easy to travel with, and much better than those nasty contaminating foam rollers.I strongly recommend this product for your yoga studio or personal use.

The product is ok but I ordered one ball instead of two. It looks to me that it is not a mistake but a trend. I am not the only one who was cheated with the order.
