A friend let me use her's to recover from my knee replacement. I can not imagine how I would have rehabbed without it. I had to replace one of the outlets. Well worth the cost for the relief it gave me

Doesn't work at all, the main unit, much less this attachment. It simply doesn't get more than a few degrees cooler than room temperature, even after an hour. And the attachments don't 'stick' or 'attach' to your body in any meaningful way, they're impossible to keep flush on your skin, so you get absolutely no cooling effect. After 1 hour of continuous use, I stuck my hand in the tank and it was very WARM, NOT COOL. I checked the setting, and yup, it was heating, not cooling. This machine also make a fairly loud hum which will make your headache worse..

There was a note to follow instructions in the package; however, they were no instructions.There was also only one Velcro strap and I thought there should be 2.

Needed a replacement pad and this is perfect. Completely satisfied!
