Crochet Mini Animals: 12 Tiny Projects for Animal Lovers

Very cute little set but rather difficult if you're not a pro.

All supplies included in kit.

I am a huge fan of this designer and have purchased many of her individual patterns online.Obviously, this is not for beginners but if you have crochet experience and patience you will love this book.Since you can adapt patterns to any size yarn and hook, you can also make larger versions if thread crochet is too intimidating.

I bought this for my daughter. She taught herself to crochet when she was a teenager so I thought she'd like the challenge of these tiny animals.I was right the little stitches are a challenge at first but she's having so much fun with this kit.I think good eyesight or a magnifying glass are necessary.

The photo is rather misleading. The thread is finer than embroidery cotton. I can crochet but I am really disappointed as I might not be able to work at this minute scale.

The set doesn’t include enough threads to make animals.

I have never crocheted before - it is very challenging to understand the directions. The thread is also very thin and hard to work with. I tired to watch youtube videos to help me understand better, and they all use a much thicker wool instead of thread, which would make the projects much easier. Just buy wool and a crochet hook and watch youtube videos instead of buying this book

I absolutely love this book! Micro amigurumi is one of my favourite things to crochet and these patterns are well written with pictures to assist!
