Exactly what we expected
Only one complaint. If you are going to put the wheels on before shipping, please make sure they are screwed on tightly. We had to go out and find nuts & bolts for three wheels. Otherwise they are what we were looking for.

Missing Parts
Just like the other reviews, missing bolts and washers. The rail to sit the legs on is extremely slippery so I had to go to the hardware store and buy some anti slip strips. I would give it more stars, but missing hardware makes it hard to do. They should fix the problem by screwing the bolts in tight and not just a couple of threads in. I am ordering 2 more because it's a good sturdy product. They just need to tell Chim Ching Yo to tighter the bolts up.

DO NOT PURCHASE missing wheels and hardware
I’m definitely a review reader but I decided to give this chair dolly a chance. Purchased it the original box was beat up and hardware and wheels were missing. When I received replacement same exact thing beat up box missing hardware and no wheels either. Save yourself a headache and don’t purchase this item.
