I’ve probably attempted to make a home made curry from scratch at least 20 times in the past and they’ve all gone in the bin…..but this is a real game changer! fresh ingredients and lots of spices with clear step by step instructions with good hints and tips! I didn’t use it straight away and it kept fresh in my fridge for a week. I followed all the instructions used blended fresh tomatoes instead of tinned which was a suggestion on the pack and this made one of the nicest chicken currys we’ve ever had at home! It could pass for a Indian restaurant curry. Would recommend And will be buying again

Fresh ingredients in a curry kit is new to me and i wasnt disappointed. You will need more time to set aside but its worth it. Included with the kit is an extensive guide including things to avoid during preparation. To me it was a lesson on how to make a good curry and in that sense proved invaluable. I am very impressed if a tad pricey, buy this to learn technique as much as a stunningly good meal for up to three people. You will need your own rice too.

I read all the rave reviews but personally didn’t think the finished dish was anything special. I do make Indian recipes from scratch and my family didn’t think this was anything over and above what I normally produce. I have ginger, chills, garlic in the house all the time so probably would be better value to me to just get the authentic spices and the recipe
