Retractable handle stuck after 5 mths of use
Though the bag is very good, perfect size and very lightweight, the handle is stuck and we are unable to retract it . Pl let me know where I can get service for this product as it is under warranty supposedly

Don't buy this product
Just one trip suitcase was scratched. Cost is higher side morethan Rs 7000. After my recent purchases price came down 2K. Eventhough buying this product was waste. Wheels comfort is also not good. Lo

An average priduct
Bought this with high expectations but after using for almost 2 weeks found to be an average product. Reaching back found that one corner was crumpled a bit which might have happened during handling by airport staff. Likewise, strongly feel this to be a Duplicate Product as there is no logo or writing on the handles as well as on the zips which is a surprise ad have been using another one bought from overseas and is in perfect shape except for the age which again is understandable.Don’t strongly recommend this product even if it is for a lower price

Regarding the Package
I like the product very much but it was covered with cellophane wraps smelt very bad no other go returned if it is kept in the box pack I don’t mind getting it thank you
