Pleasantly surprised
This is my 4th heirloom order, honestly I have been less than impressed with any of my previous roses from them- but this one exceeded expectations for sure and finally matched the quality I would expect for the price of the product. The plant arrived beautiful & healthy- so many leaves too which I loved. I planted immediately and it had no problem adjusting, it even put out new growth fairly quickly despite being winter. If all heirloom’s roses arrived looking this good, I would order from them more.

Did not survive mild winter
***update***I’m not inclined to update my overall rating but kudos to Heirloom Roses, who, even though they post a 30 day return policy for roses sold through Amazon, refunded my purchase. According to their website, this variety is being grown for 2023 but not being sold yet as it is not up to its standard for sale. Gesture truly appreciated for an expensive rose!I purchased this rose last spring, planting and caring for it as suggested by the seller. Did well first year (2022), but as I began working my roses for the season this week, this heirloom rose has not come back and rootstock has rotted away. Very disappointed, beautiful rose. Will not purchase again, too costly to take a chance!

Heirloom Grows Great Roses!
I have always enjoyed Heirloom Roses as they grow quality roses on their own roots - a substantial factor for life and longevity of the plant.I suggested this rose to my wife, abd she immediately loved it. Heirloom does eveything they mention in the video. The leaves are removed, yet they grew back quickly and the plant is thriving.They provide full instructions on the box and have support readily available. I have been a rosarian for almost 30 years, but reading Heirloom's online data keeps me updated.

Very trimmed.
This one cost me the most but I had to have it. It arrived very trimmed. The top part of the branches started to die. It did try to grow a couple of buds on the twigs of branches but they died before opening. Now it is starting to grow more from the bottom just a little. Fingers crossed! All the other rose bushes from this company are doing great. We are having a warm wet summer here in Michigan so I assume this one will be well rooted and grown before fall.
