I have purchased total of three of these. All different colors to prevent cross contamination.I really like the thickness, and the way it is so easy on my knives.I also use them to sit hot pots from stove and oven on them, no issues with heat.I can hand wash or throw in dishwasher.Not as large as my lillypad, but still superior cutting boards. I highly recommend them.

I love the feel of the board when my knife hits it. Very flexible, not messy, color is great for my need, but, food stains get embedded so no matter how hard, I wash off, it does not come off.

I have mixed feelings about this cutting board. I originally ordered it based off the glowing reviews from Amazon customers that had previously ordered this product, and after receiving the item I can't say I'm totally "blown away" by it.CONS -- I personally have noticed that the surface I use to cut on has a tendency to hold odors, especially after cutting up onions. I wash it thoroughly, both by hand and running it through the dishwasher, but the odor still remains. I've also noticed that a splotchy, dry white residue gets left behind from cutting either meat or vegetables on it, which is difficult to remove with washing.PROS -- Having granite countertops, I definitely needed a cutting board that would STAY STILL while in use. This cutting board definitely does, so that's a major plus for me. Another high point is its flexibility for cutting and cooking, and knife marks never get left behind after each use.

I am liking this silicone cutting board. It doesn't show knife marks nearly as much as my previous cutting board which I think was a Rubbermaid product. The flex takes a little getting used to, but it does let you control where the food goes more easily than a flat board with no flex. The board is about 1 cm thick (estimate), which is much thicker and more substantial than I was expecting. I think I'll get many years out of this product.

I know it's just a cutting board, but I don't know how this design could be improved on.I was a bit leery about the idea of a flexable silicone cutting board as I like to keep my Wusthof knives razor sharp, no matter how hard I chop or slice the boards still look perfect with no marks in them whatsoever. One side has a groove around the border to catch some juices while the other side does not, both sides do have a non-slip texture to them to keep them from sliding around the counter. I bought all 3 colors & pitched a few of my older style boards.These are the perfect not too big & not too small size for most prep, but I do with they made a larger size for special used like when I buy a ribeye or a strip from Costco & slice them up.

Another solid pick from Amazon. I've always been a wood block guy, being a professional chef. But at home, this little pad has simplified my home prep, and freed me up from trying to keep my block sanitized. Just pup it into the sink. It seems like it will last forever, and I plan to buy another. being able to put a hot pan right from the oven on this is quite a bonus feature.

Poor quality cutting board. After a few weeks I noticed pieces of red cutting board in the food I was chopping. Gross!

This product holds up well to cutting but it's not perfect. The lime green color in particular, does stain. For me that's okay, because I'm using it to feed a toothless dog off of. I have two others. One for vegetables and the other for meat and I'm satisfied with both.
