I was skeptical about the quality of the product before it arrived, but once I got it set up and used it, it is VERY heavy duty, easy to put together, and work great! It’s bigger than I expected as well, great arm rest for those looking for something medium sized to large!

Would recommend honestly. The price us very well reflected in the quality. It took me 6-7 minutes to assemble, and has been a delight to use so far.

The bottom screw does not stay tight so you constantly have to tighten it

Armrest seemed like it was going to be sturdy with how heavy and tough it looked, but the part where it latches to make it go up and down didn’t tighten all the way and if I pressed hard enough the whole top part collapsed, making it unusable to tattoo

Locking lever and the plastic spacer unit do not function properly, which leads to rattle, wobble and causes the arm rest to go down when applied weight.I tried to modify by adding some locking parts (the red circles on the pictures) however it did not solve the problems in the end. The difference of diameters between top and bottom tubes are causing poor locking, and there seems nothing more that can be done.As a tattooing professional, the arm rest that rattle or move about is totally unacceptable.Complete waste of money and time, and I would not recommend to anybody to purchase this product.
