The product is great, but I struggled a bit because the instructions were short. I found three things important (besides the usual cleaning and prepping):- The foil separates best with two strips of duct tape on the corner. Using your fingernails takes forever, but if you tape both sides of a corner and pull them apart, it’s easy. Just be careful when you remove the tape from the foil. The tape should extend away from the foil for peeling it off from there.- Use water on the adhesive side (the tinted foil that peels off). I found it counterintuitive to spray the glue side, but it works. Move the piece a bit until in place and squeeze out the excess water from the center to the edge. Wipe excess with paper towel.- Heat it on high. Not necessarily too long, but high temperature works best.Maybe I’m the only one, but in case someone else has those problems, the tips may help.

I have tried a few different yellow headlight tints and this one was the easiest to work with and is the perfect yellow in my opinion. I would definitely order again

The material is easy to install and seems high quality. There is a protective film on the outside and an adhesive on the contact side. The included blade and squeegee make installation very easy.The only drawback is that it does look a little pink when the lights are on. I'm planning to solve that by just putting on two layers.

We've instalked 3M Clear Vra and several graphics & wraps on race cars.We unrolled the product and it had wrinkles that could not be squeegied smooth. We then tried low heat from a heat gun. Nothing worked. No instructions. Pass on this product, save money and time with a brand name.

needed to tint my fog lights. did the job, but make sure to use a heat gun or hairdryer as this vinyl has no stretch to it whatsoever. took me a couple of tries to get the ripples out, but since it is a larger sheet, i had plenty.

i have no issue with these other then the green had like a 3layer of plastic and the purple had 2 so when i put the green on and peeled the plastic i didn’t notice there was another layer on so when i used the heat gun and it kinda just shriveled underneath the tint but still came out ok now the purple In reality it’s more pink i wish they would ship the product flat instead of tightly rolled up it would make such a difference be

This product saved our cross country trip. The light bar on our van was annoying to other drivers. This kit arrived quickly and took mere minutes to apply. It was a great, cost effective fix to our problem. Kit came with film cutter and applicator. Excellent!!!

I cut this film to wrap around my LED lights in my kitchen. My lights are cylindrical, not round, so all I had to do is cut a rectangular shape to wrap around the bulb. The LED light bulbs still get very hot. So hot you can't hold them in your hands and this tape does not melt. I think this shade of orange is a bit too orange for most people, but for me it softened the bulb significantly and is much more preferable over the cold white most LED bulbs come out of the box with. In the future I will try and find a lighter shade of orange for my unusual application.

It's exactly what you see. It works as it should. Great for the money

3 weeks post install, so far so good. I recommend using a hair dryer or heat gun and watching a video on how to apply it that way. My results were pretty good for the first time trying without using the soapy water method.Made my very bright blue LED headlights into a much more useful and still bright yellow light.

It goes on very well, super easy to apply. However, when the lights are turned on even after 6 layers of tint it still glows dark pink. Which is unfortunate because I was going dark purple

The product was easy to install with the proper tools( hair dryer, xacto blade knife and soft putty squeegee). I'm not a professional and I did both lights within the hour. The few places that I had bubbles disappeared by the end of the week. It isn't a dark tint, but good enough to give a blackout look without compromising safety. I liked the product and I would buy it again. I'll try to give a durability review next year.
