Great band! Very strong resistance and gives you a great work out. I use it for all my activation at the start of a leg or glute workout and It gives you the type of burn that lets you know you’ve worked hard. Great for the price as I wasn’t sure it would be strong enough but it certainly is!

Decided to order a band to help tone my hips, legs and rear. After looking at many hip bands, this one seemed the best bet! I absolutely love my Ganda Sports Hip Band. It doesn't roll up or fall off - the band is made of fabric, not rubber - but does have a non-slip interior which is nice. I used it once and felt how much more I was getting out of my exercise (my legs and thighs were on fire!)This is definitely a great addition to any workout routine!!

Good quality, well made product. Excellent customer service. I went with the weight recommendation but size small was very difficult to move with a lazy bum like mine. I would advise going for large if you are new to glute activation. Bigger size means the band is more flexible. Anyway, I was going to send it back but the company sent the bigger one free so me and my bum could be happy! Which we are!

IMPRESSIVE! This is a powerhouse hip band. Durability is at 100%. So nice to have a band that doesn't roll anytime you move! I highly recommend this to anyone who's looking to grow or tone their legs and butt. I love the color, I LOVE the packaging--It’s filled with inspiring quotes. I love the detail of that.

These bands make such a difference to my workouts in comparison to my other bands! They don’t slip, fold, and are so strong they have your muscles burning. Amazing!! I am 50kg and find the small band very strong (picture 3) , the Large / XL band is picture 2, which you can use for more exercises as it’s not as tight!

So far so good. Had the item over a week now. Use it every day, either for a full workout or just as a finisher after a gym session. It's good quality, comfortable to use and doesn't slide about. Now just waiting for the results!! Recommended.

I looked at quite a few bands on Amazon before purchasing this one. Really great band, definitely impacting the burn I feel on the glutes and I love incorporating it into all my exercises at the gym. I bought the larger size and it's great for a beginner like me. I emailed the company because I was having difficulty downloading the free Ebook and they were so lovely! I would definitely recommend it to people trying to work the booty!

I was shocked to see the pricing of this, and was initially skeptical, but saw good reviews and took the plunge. So pleased I did! For the price, the quality is exceptional and equal to other, more expensive, brands I have used in the past.Customer Service was also impressive. I would definitely recommend for glute activation/intense booty workouts! I have just bought another set of bands from this brand to try out the different sizes. If you want to up your workout game, without spending a fortune and be able to travel or take to the gym easily, this is definitely what you need in your life!
