Just One %$#@ Speed Bump After Another: more cartoons (Speed Bump series)

This book is the best and could bring a smile to anyone. I bought this for my brother-in-law who appreciates this wonderfully sophisticated humor. He will love it!

I bought this book for my daughters, who enjoy reading cartoon compilations (they're 8, 14 and 17). Speed Bump is a pretty good comic, and grown-ups and kids will both laugh at many of the set-ups. However, it is not quite as good as Pickles, Zits, or Baby Blues. And it is much below the Holy Grails -- the Far Side and Calvin & Hobbes. Still, if you can get it at a discount, it is a worthy addition.

I love Dave's sense of humor. I've met the author/artist. His daughter played volleyball with mine. He is a lot of fun to talk to.

Dave Coverly's humor is at times a little weak but his drawing skill cares him a long way. He is a talented cartoonist; plus this book is several years old, still he draws with detail that isn't often seen in single panel work. A worthy investment.

Brilliant cartoons as usual. But please please please publish the next one in color!

Well, what can I say? David Coverly is wonderful. Such charming, non-snarky humor. This book and other Coverly collections are well worth buying.
