I would really love EMS device if it would just stay turned on. Most of the time it will only stay powered on for a few minutes at best. I have tried several sets of batteries and even exchanged the first one I received. When it works it delivers fantastic relief.

bought this for a christmas present for my daughter and she didn't tell me that it didn't work so didn't return it but I tried everything and looked at all the reviews. I turn it on (no instructions so just a guess) and feel nothing and then in less than a minute it goes off - tried new batteries and not moving my feet but nothing - total waste of money and disappointed I gave it as a gift

This product is amazing! I work a lot so normally im on my feet for 12-14 hours a day and after a long tiring day i can always relax my feet with this! It is very light weight so its really easy to bring anywhere.! Standing all day and walking is so tiring this product really help to soothe the pain. And also its worth every penny!

If stand for 15 minutes is painfull than put it on a folded towel . Works for me . Get a waist high stick or handle . I use a small broom handle . Once your on it and ready use the handle to push the power button , then use it so scroll up the power settings and the amount of times it pulses. You can not step of it or lift your foot because it will shut off so be prepared to go the full 15 minutes . If you didn't feel anything and figured it was trash or you just can't get it to work try it my way and be prepared at the higher settings , it's got a nice kick .

Seems good,not powerful, sliw low pulse. The only problem is why can't they make foot massages wider you have to sit with your legs together and it's very uncomfortable

Either defective or just plain junk. Don’t feel anything and it only stays on a few seconds, certainly not 15 minutes. Sending it back!!

I got one use out of this product before it stopped working. First use I put brand new AAA batteries in it and it worked as expected, felt great on my feet. The second time I went to use it the remote lit up and could change modes, but no shock was felt. I tried all the modes, increased power output, and changed batteries multiple times but nothing worked. Returned immediately, not a great product if you want more that one use out of it!

Put batteries in turned it on and it wo t stay on. Don’t feel a thing from it. Tried new batteries....no go. Sending back.
