Before Covid this product was good to take when you first get the tickle of a cold in your throat. I would "catch" 4 out of 5 colds for me that were trying to get on me and not let them set up to make me sick. This year, with masks and gloves, common colds didn't stand a chance. LOL, but I like this stuff on my bedside table for if my nose clogs up in the night, the zinc in it lets me breathe better. Thanks I had not been able to find these in stores.

I like to eat them daily to avoid getting sick.
