Somewhat bright.
They lean more towards regular red than burgundy in my opinion, but they will work. Great value!

Not as dark as pictured
I have these in dark charcol gray which is perfect for reusable napkins which are bound to get food stains on them. Really nice, so I ordered more but these were much lighter & will show stains. I returned them.

Thank you so much I bought them used who ever returned them thank you so much they smells so good and clean no rip or hole thank you again I got 22 instead of 24 but it’s okay because I got them for less

They stain easily.
I love the number of napkins in this purchase. The size is perfect for pretty folds for tea parties. The one thing that upset me was after using for a tea party was they stain easily. I have soaked them in bleach 2 times, washed with bleach 2 times and air dried so not to set in stain. Some stains faded somewhat. Next tea party will only use these for color accents on plates and find some cotton napkis that won't stain.

Value priced - good for casual use
This 24-count napkin set is a good fit for casual party table setting. I use red to coordinate with red & white checkered tablecloths for Italian-themed dinner party. It worked out well. Color was perfect. The fabric (polyester, I believe) is quite slick which presents a challenge when trying to make an upright napkin folds but would be totally fine for flat fold under silverware. Most washed & dried quite well - not much wrinkling. A few ended up with stains that did come out in wash. I recommend these napkins for large parties where you don't want to invest a lot of money, but you are looking for cloth napkins. I would purchase again if the need arose.
