I have arthritis in the joint of my left knee due to damage caused by Ciprofloxacin. I tried other knee braces and none have kept my knee as stiff as this one. When I walk i don't feel pain anymore and I can walk properly again. This brace is slightly difficult to put on, as there is no sleeve to slide it up your leg and keep it in place, and you have to hold it over your knee cap while fastening the straps....other than that it is great. I really like the material its made of, and the comfort gel strips they put on the inside to prevent it from rubbing up and down on your knee. It is actually really comfortable for a knee brace. I would buy this again if I needed another one.

I bought this brace a few weeks ago for a knee injury. I've never used a knee brace before and was glad this one was easy to use. For the first couple of weeks, all was well and my knee began to heal. But now the straps keep popping open and the brace won't stay securely on my knee when I walk. It's fine as long as I'm couchridden. But now that I'm able to put weight on my leg and walk, the straps don't remain secure. I loosened the straps, but then the brace doesn't offer good support. Also, I can't get it under dress slacks. I live in Florida, so when I'm home I usually wear shorts. But now that I can walk and get about, when I go somewhere that requires nicer clothes, I can't wear the brace. I guess I'll have to find a different kind of brace to wear under slacks. I could wear a skirt, but then the brace is visible. I'd prefer to hide it under slacks. UPDATE: I was able to wear the brace under a pair of dress slacks. You probably wouldn't be able to wear it under a pair of skinny jeans or tappered slacks, but it was fine under traditional dress slacks. Although I still have a problem with the straps popping off, I'm upgrading my review from 3 stars to 4 stars.

My knees are always giving me problems. I need tho try something different with out to much bulk. This brace was nice because of the padded patella part. It helped the brave stay in place as well as gave my knee compression in the knee cap area. There part I was a little disappointed with was the length of the straps. Ther top strap that wraps around above the knee was a little snug for my leg. I am a 5' 2" woman about 180 and the strap had a hard time making it all there way around. The other 2 straps were great.

I have had a feeling in both my knees like they were going to give out on me while I was working. I purchased 2of these for both knees. At first they were great. Fit great. Felt great. Help alot. After about a month though the Velcro on both of them started to wear out and now I have a hard time with them staying on tightly. I'll either have to get new ones or sew in better Velcro. So alittle disappointed in the quality of the Velcro because st first it's staying on great but after a while it starts fading.

This is a solid knee brace. I noticed a lot of people commenting that it’s too bulky, but I just wear it outside of my pants instead of under like other, thinner braces. I find that the extra bulk means it’s less stretchy and more supportive than most knee braces. It also makes it feel more high quality, and will probably last longer. Overall, it’s a great brace for the price, depending on how you use it.

As I have gotten older my knees do not work as well as they used to and occasional pain and weakness has become the norm. This brace helps to stabilize my knee and make it a bit easier to get through the day. I have never had an specific injury, but this helps with the day to day issues of just getting old.

First impression. It's thicker than in the picture. Definitely heavy duty. Which is a good thing. Right now I'm going through a "getting to know you phase." Trying to find out what is the most comfortable fit for me. The straps could be a little longer. So far it doesn't chafe the skin. Oh yeah. It's kinda hard to adjust the bottom strap because the top of the knee is larger than the bottom of the knee. I guess that's why they have a middle strap. Over all it's well made. It moves with the leg. The hole for the knee could be larger, but it was a good purchase.

I loved how this knee brace fit and supported my knee....when it did.I used this brace for extra support during my daily workout. I wore it a little over a month before the top Velcro strap would no longer stick
