My cat was eating from regular bowls on the floor. After a few bouts of regurgitating right after eating, I looked for a healthier option. I liked the whimsy of this set so I opted chose it. I am happy with it. PROs: very easy to clean; easy to see from a distance if it’s empty or full; even though they are light weight and I’ve dropped them a couple of times, no breakage so they are fairly resilient. Most importantly, no more throwing up since it aligns the head and neck better. CONs: not quite as sturdy as ceramic (obviously lighter); to remove, it’s easier to pop the bowl out from the bottom rather than lift it from the top (minor inconvenience). And placing the bowl firmly into the stand requires a little more push than simply sitting it down. Again, that’s quite minor. Overall, it’s a healthier way to food with simple to clean bowls and a bit of whimsy added in.

Our cat is 15 and has gotten picky about what he'll eat over the last year. He's also had some teeth removed so eating has gotten a little harder. In standard bowls, his wet food would get pushed around as he was trying to eat, and eventually he would give up trying to chase it, resulting in very little food actually eaten.This bowl is big and round, but with a very small bottom so the food stays in place.He also seems to like the raised base and tilted feeders - great product and attractive too!I've already recommended this bowl to other cat owners - I'm very happy with this purchase, thanks!Jen

This is the cutest kitty dish I've ever bought. I just got a 7 week old kitten (1.4lbs) and when I got this in I wasn't sure she would be able to use it, but it is perfect!! The bowls are very snug, I really got them in tight, so you have to work to get them out, but that's the way I wanted them. Didn't want any messes. But I'm sure you can place them so they can be removed easily.

This was smaller than I thought it would be. You can't put much water in the bowl which will be a problem when I go back into the office. I have to put down a separate bowl for water so they don't run out.

I have heard about the tilt of the bowls helping with your cat's digestion so I decided to give it a try. He is eating out of the bowls but it hasn't been long enough to know whether or not it will make a difference in his digestion but I sure hope so. All you have to do is pop the bowls into the feeder and it's ready to go! Very reasonably priced so I decided to give it a try.

Nice little cat set. The base is sturdy, holds the bowl securely and gets the food off of the floor. We have a white cat fountain right next to the set that matches pretty well and looks good side-by-side. We have two cats and they both like the bowls especially since there is room for their whiskers and gets the food off of the floor. My only “ding” would be that I didn’t see a way to purchase extra/replacement bowls but we really like the set.

This is not sturdy. The bowls snap in and are difficult to take out without spilling water or food. Bowls are to lite weight to not put in holder cats knock them over easily. I wouldn't buy them again and have to get other bowls.

I love the bowls so much. My older cat seems to love them too. Kinda difficult to remove from and and put in the base.
