I recently started getting closer to my faith and I wanted to learn how to pray the rosary. This book it perfect and I love that it has meditations while doing prayers. I have learned so much just from this book. If your a beginner like me this is just what your looking for.

I bought this as a gift. I took at adoration to look it over and it's a beautiful book to help you meditate on Jesus life during rosary. I questioned it at first I wasn't sure who the aurthor was before I bought it. I think it's a great gift for a new catholic or someone trying to start praying the rosary and having a hard time mediating on the mysteries.

Kathryn Marcellino’s book on the rosary is a clear and helpful guide to prayer. She takes the reader step by step through the process of praying the mysteries of the rosary with easy-to-follow instructions. As a bonus, she also provides illuminating background information on the rosary.The rosary provides a way to meditate daily on the “mysteries” of the gospel. Each mystery focuses on an event in the life of Christ (or, in some cases, the life of Mary). There are twenty mysteries in all, arranged in four sets of five mysteries each. For example, the Joyful Mysteries invite reflection on (1) the angel Gabriel’s announcement to Mary that she would be the mother of the Messiah, (2) Mary’s subsequent visit to her kinswoman Elizabeth, (3) the birth of Jesus, (4) His presentation by Mary and Joseph in the temple, and (5) His being found as a boy in the temple by His parents.Marcellino’s treatment includes twenty replicated fine art pieces, each representing an event in Jesus’ life and serving as aid in meditation. At the conclusion of the book is a lovely account of the appearance of Mary to three children in Fatima, Portugal, in 1917. It is a fascinating and inspiring story that Marcellino employs to great effect in demonstrating the significance of the rosary in interceding for the world.I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn how to pray the rosary or to anyone who simply wants to know more about the rosary.

This is a lovely book. Contains information about the rosary. Each mystery is illustrated with photos of artwork and scripture readings to meditate on. I gave it as a gift to my niece and she loves it. So nice, I'm thinking of getting one for myself.

This book really helped me a lot with saying my Rosary

Gave me everything I needed to know and wasn't convoluted or missing details (like which mystery on which day) like some online articles and youtube.

Everything is great and beautiful. I would have given it 5 stars but I just wish it had a guide for which mystery for which day. But I still love it!

Easy to read

Very easy to understand.

Anyone who wants to learn about the Rosary and deepen their faith needs to read this, it is so clearly written, it tells us clearly how to pray the Rosary and exactly how and why the Rosary was introduced. It was so quick and easy to understand, and gave so much key detail and information upfront that I already feel like I could explain the topic of the Rosary to others. Excellent read, couldn't recommend enough.

Good little book to rekindle a Marian devotion. Very happy.

A beautiful booklet. I love it because it contains the stories of the mysteries, the scripture of the mysteries and a thought point to meditate on while you're praying the particular mysteries. I have several books on the rosary and I alternate between them just to keep my meditations fresh. I love them all as they all have different 'takes' on the meanings of the mysteries. One more thing: it contains the luminous mysteries which my old booklet doesn't!

Beautiful and in colour. Everything you need and wanted to know about the rosary and praying it. Highly recommended.
