This ceramic plant pot is heavy and highly breakable. In order for it to survive shipping, it must be very securely packaged and insulated. Unfortunately, the product box that it comes in contained no padding or insulation. If you place a heavy, brittle ceramic pot in a box with nothing for protection, and you ship it, what do you think will happen? Furthermore, the pot's stated measurements are wrong. The 10 inch pot is not quite the 10 inches in diameter that is claimed, and is significantly less than the 10 inch height that is claimed. At it's high price we have a right to expect better.

Purchased this to plant some clippings from my pothos that were ready to get into some soil. The pot doesn’t have a drainage hole, which is fine. I trimmed a plastic planter to fit inside since I don’t like risking not having proper drainage for indoor plants. The pot itself is super cute, the white paint and glaze coating is even and none of the terra cotta shows through the design. It’s the perfect size for your younger plants. I added some photos next to a 12oz Ball mason jar to show a size comparison for the height and mouth of the planter.

Beautiful planter, BUT THERE IS NO DRAIN HOLE. I sure would have liked to keep it. Anyone who grows plants knows occasionally you give your plants a good soaking and then let them drain real good (a little hard to do with no hole). I was going to drill a hole in the planter myself but I was afraid I might shatter it.

Unfortunately this planter arrived completely shattered. It was so broken we thought someone was playing a prank on us, and would surely appear with the proper, unbroken pot. No such luck, however, and Amazon insisted on wasting the time and resources during a pandemic to have me return it, rather than look at the photos I took. Oh, well...

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It is beautiful and goes perfectly with the 6ft artificial ficus I ordered from Amazon.

I like the subtle geometric texture on this modern ceramic planter. Some of the undertones from the terra cotta show through the white glaze which is a nice touch. It works perfectly for a small plant. Would buy again.
