These radios worked great right out of the box. You don't need to be very tech-savvy to use them but they do have plenty of options for those who want to use these as more than just toys for the kiddo.+ The green and light blue colors are beautiful.+ They came charged right out of the box.+Easy to use and set up.+Very good volume.+Plenty of settings to choose from.+Battery life is great.+Came with pouches and lanyards.I bought these as a play item for my daughter. She uses them during playtime with her cousins. They work great indoors and out. I can't say much about the range but I don't expect many people who are looking for outdoor walkies to be looking into purchasing these. This was a great buy and would highly recommend them.

We got these for our 3yr old grandson to talk to us when we are downstairs in the basement. Sound is great, can't speak to charging them since we have not had them that long. It is hard for him to keep the button depressed when you talk, so have to work on that. Otherwise, product is as advertised.

I got these for my son for Christmas, so far so good. It took us a little bit to figure everything out but I think we got it down now. We are both happy with the quality of sound and the use of the weather radio alert. The chargers worked excellent too. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the VOX or voice activation doesn't work that well most of the time and my son is 7 and sometimes has issues pressing and holding the side button down to talk. Other than that great purchase and he is happy with them even though they aren't the video walkie talkies he originally wanted.

Love these walkie talkies! I hate buying batteries so I love that they are rechargeable. They are crystal clear. Bought for camping with the kids where we have no cell signal. They have a great range. The battery lasts a good while and they are rechargeable via USB. Love love love. Would buy again.

What a great little set of handheld radios. These come in super handy for my kids and I at home when my kids are sleeping and need something. (We have an infant so my 5 year old doesn’t have to yell. Also comes in handy for camping trips. Great value for the price and they are rechargeable!

These are very capable walkie talkies for any age range. They look to be made for kids, however, the complexity of the interface is more suited to a late teen/adult and it results in our son (5) accidentally pushing the wrong button and changing frequencies. This results in a lot of “Dad can you fix these?” Don’t get me wrong, I always help my child, but I can’t hold a beer if there is constantly a pair of walkie talkies to synchronize and I can’t walkie talkie my son to bring me a beer because he always disconnects them.

We have been very satisfied with the walker talkies. Super easy to use for our kids who are 2 and 4. With the exception of having a heck of a time getting the back open to put the batteries in (not a bad thing when your toddlers are using them) we’ve have no issues. I do wish you could “lock” the setting so that they don’t accidentally change the channel and lose communication. Set up took literally minutes & they’ve been off and Running with them ever since.Would definitely recommend and look forward to using them in summer while they play outside!

Well worth the price. Simple setup, good sound quality. Two minor problems:1. Manual printed in minute text and tiny images - very difficult for an old man (87) to read. It cane in a box that could have held a legible instruction manual.2. Battery cover difficult to remove until you realize how far you have to bend/pull the release tab.Has been the perfect device for my handicapped wife to summon me to aid her getting to the bathroom .
