double the flavor!
This is one of the few things that makes Stevia edible for my very picky guys. They are junk-food addicts and the only way I've been able to get them to eat something healthy is with this stuff, they normally hate Stevia but this adds a carmelized sweetness that only real sugar has.Great for baking, oats, smoothies/nice cream. And the best part: it's double the flavor so you use half as much. I know it's kind of expensive but for a much as we use an ounce baggie, it's lasted a long time and has given us a whole new level of options/creativity when it comes to eating healthy. Highly recommend!

Vanilla Bean Powder
I LOVE this product! I use it in recipes that call for vanilla extract when baking. I would recommend it for anyone that wants to enhance the vanilla in their recipes.

Good but a bit small….,
Here is my update: I think this is the best organic vanilla bean powder. I find myself buying this again and again despite the bag being a bit small. So good in oatmeal and smoothies and baked goods. But I didn’t think It would be that small! It’s so tiny!!! The bag is smaller than my small hands, check out pics. I haven’t really tried it yet, but it seemed mild to me. I know vanilla is always very expensive and it has been even more expensive for the last few years, so I was expecting a small bag for the price. However it’s really a tiny little bag! I thought it would be slightly bigger at least from the pics reviewers took, but it doesn’t show how tiny it really is! I don’t know if it’s worth it. But maybe the flavors will make up for the miniature dollhouse bag of vanilla! It does seem like good quality vanilla by the looks of it. -Do check out the pics, I would take a ruler and weigh it out, but I’m lazy… Although and 1/8 tsp went a long way.-After finally tasting it, the flavor was very mild. If I remember correctly when I use to buy vanilla pods it was stronger. But I guess that’s what happens when it’s not as fresh as using the pods. The flavor is there though and again the quality does look legit. I don’t know if I would buy it again though. But I’ll change my rate it to 3 stars.-To those who think vanilla bean is suppose to dissolve, just stop already! Please do your research on vanilla! Short answer, vanilla beans does NOT dissolve!!!! You guys sound silly! I hope those comments were a joke as I did laugh when I read them, since they sounded so d#mb W(`0`)W.(^O^)/

Good for aesthetics.
This is a cute product to purchase if you want to make your end-product look fancy, like you used a vanilla bean. It's also good for subtly: empty the packet in a large container of sugar, let the sugar infuse for a few days. Personally, I added the packet to a chai blend of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and nutmeg. In both examples the granular powder is allowed to sit with the end-product for a long time, imparting the vanilla scent and a little bit of flavor. If you want deep vanilla flavor, and you don't care about the "vanilla bean aesthetic", then there are far better products to purchase. The package says "1/2 teaspoon powder = 1 teaspoon extract", and that's pretty generous. It's more akin to 1:1. So there are better, cheaper options. At 1:1 you'll get about 6 teaspoons of vanilla per 1 ounce package.Hope that helps.

Flavor is not good
I was expecting this to be fantastic for ice cream, custards, and the like, but I do not find the flavor to be good. It should be like good vanilla beans, but it just isn't. It gives a weird flavor to my ice cream that I do not find pleasant. As far as the size, yes, it is small, but it is sold by weight. Not knowing how small the amount actually is really isn't an excuse to criticize the small package. I'd have been happy if the flavor had been great.

Its not supposed to dissolve
To all the people giving 1 star reviews, saying this doesn't dissolve in hot liquids. Read the product description, its not supposed to dissolve ! It would have to be a liquid extract and then dried and ground up to a powder, then you would be able to dissolve it. Instead, this is the whole bean ground up to provide the full complex aroma, flavonoids, anti-oxidants etc. I like to add it to my very strong espresso. I use an aeropress, add two scoops of finely ground espresso roast, add 1/4 tsp of this vanilla powder, add hot water, stir and the press it. The flavor and aroma is just intoxicating. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. If all you want is an overpowering artificial vanillin smell, then don't buy this. Its like the real Ceylon cinnamon vs the common cheap cassia cinnamon. So much more expensive, subtle but complex heavenly aroma.

Terrible Product!
This tastes like the pod has been ground, not the vanilla paste on the inside. It is terrible. I do not recommend this product!
