Exercise Resistance Bands, 3 Pack Long Elastic Stretch Band, Workout Fitness Bands for Physical Therapy, Rehab,Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training

My husband was recently diagnosed with plantars fascitis and was told to do several stretches and exercises. Several involve stretching and resistence related exercises. They said you can just use a rolled up towel or something but I decided to have him try these. He uses the hardest one and it's making it much easier for him to do his exercises each night since we keep it by his armchair and he can do it while we watch TV together before bed. They don't take up much space and are easy to store and clean. This design is like a long elastic band but it is not a loop. My husband probably would have preferred a loop but he just tied the ends together. I can see where having open ends instead of a loop might be beneficial but for him it's not the way he found easiest to use it but that might be because he also had polio as a child and his left hand has difficulty grippping from the muscle/never damage it caused. The loop probably makes it easier for him because of the weakness in the left hand.I've been joining in and exercising my feet and legs and it's great for stretching out the feet, ankles, and calves.

The bands are colorful and nicely trimmed and made. The 3 strength levels are pretty well divided by how thick they are and they are very obvious by touching. They are not meant for actual strength exercises for men, but they are actually very good for pre-workout stretching and muscle warmup. There is no exercise routine demonstration came with the bands, but nothing can’t be found at YouTube or online now a day.I only use the blue one because it is the thickest one. It is strong enough that I can’t break it even I use full force at it. My younger sister uses the pink and purple ones for her yoga routine at her class and she said they are in perfect length and they work well together for her, so there is something for everyone. I actually tried using 2 bands together and they do become very heavy. I can say if all 3 bands are added together, it is one big heavy band for me to get a true workout.I do need to complain about the smell. It didn’t smell like plastic or rubber, they smelled like fish. I thought they were made in a fish market or they were made from recycled materials from seafood packaging. I needed to wash them thoroughly and air dry them overnight before I can start breathing close to them because breathing is important during stretches. Fresh oxygen needs to be pumped into our lungs and our heart delivers it to our muscles before any exercise and that kind of fishy smell isn't ideal.

These three elastic stretch bands come in easy, medium, and difficult. I've been scouring the internet for exercises in order to make the most of them. It was such a shame there weren't some recommendations in with the product, that would've been a huge asset in my book. Otherwise, they work well for limbering and loosening up muscles.

Strength training was out of the question, at least for me.Overall, I felt this 3-pack of resistance bands from Beautifive were a nice offering that gives users the ability to train or rehabilitate joints and ligaments from the comfort of their own homes. Pilates sessions were enhanced by these bands, at least according to my girlfriend, the only downside to Beautifive’s offering was the amount of resistance. I didn’t feel I could strengthen joints or muscles with these bands, however your mileage may vary.

These resistance bands are just ok. Nothing special. Not great and not bad, just mediocre. Honestly, they are just like any other resistance bands I have ever seen or used. I can take them or leave them. That's about all I have to say about that.

Fitness bands . . . I used to think they were all the same. My daughters are athletes so need them for their workouts. I had bought several different versions so thought I knew what to expect when these came. I was wrong. These are both wider and thicker plastic so seem to be holding up to regular use better than the other brand. I thought these were for loops -- they are not -- but we use them just for different exercises. They were large (long) but that was easily fixable with tying the knots shorter. They have three different strength levels so you can use the one you're at now and increase difficulty as you get stronger.My daughters love the colors (our original sets were all primary colors) and it makes them unique and easy to pack up when her team is done. I believe these will last for a quite a while!

These are overall very similar to the ones I get from my PT appointments. They have a real nice stretch to them and they are in three distinct colors so you clearly know what your resistance level is for each one. This pack comes in light. med., heavy but in my opinion they are all 3 still pretty lightweight You can do many different levels of activity with them and they hold up well. Price is good and the product is durable. 4 stars.
