There is a reason why Prosciutto Di Parma is world famous. Need I say anything more?..
This is a King of Prosciuttos and prosciutto of the Kings! You find it on all kinds of royal tables around the world so truly no introduction is needed. How do I like it? I love it. It is just divine. There is reason why prosciutto is sliced so super thin that you can see a sun through itit is because the flavor is so pack in it that you need just a suggestion of a slice.Even if it is expensive it takes you a loooooooooong way and you will enjoy itfor a long time. Every slice is precious. It keeps wonderfully because there is no moisture in it so the dryness makes forperfect keeper.Little learning opportunity:" Prosciutto is a dry-cured ham, prosciutto is not smoked. The process of making prosciutto can take from nine months to two years, depending on the size of the ham.The only ingredients are: ham, salt and air"

Improved?
As of late July 2020, or perhaps just at the 97th & Columbus store in Manhattan, the previous reviews may no longer apply. This arrived paper thin, almost as thin as the paper sheets that divided the layers. Could have benefitted from prosciutto tweezers to get it off. And it was a delivery order, so we were not even there to encourage them to do a nice job while slicing -- they just did it on their own.

Lump of meat for 25.00 a pound inedible.
Prosciutto should be cut paper thin and fanned on the deli paper only slightly overlapping. If you are going to charge me 25.00 a pound, it should arrive pristinely sliced and fanned. Fat and plastic trimmed off! So upsetting when the whole thing is just lumped on the paper as if it was cheap bologna. Disgrace!! Whomever is the deli manager at the Milford, CT store should be ashamed of themselves to allow this to leave the store like this. When I went there to complain it was very busy and there was no one around to address my issue. I was told it would be about 45 minutes before someone in management could help me. I paid 25.00 to throw away a lump of meat!

Pretty good, but too thick
There are better ones out there, but this one isn't _bad_.

Lots of flavor
Delicious with thin-sliced mozzarella, rolled up, as a snack, or laid across a sandwich.
