This stunning 35 inch length down filled coat is all you need this winter. A luxurious faux-fur trimmed hood can be removed to create a more elegant dressy look. Warm down fill perfect for late fall and all winter. Water resistant nylon shell blocks out the wind. And a flattering silhouette is created with quilted side panels and side tab details.

Just so-so
While the coat is slimming and stylish, the quality is mediocre. I am comparing it to the only other brand of down coat I've ever owned - Land's End. This one is rather skimpy on the down and therefore not very warm. You really need a warm sweater or several layers with this coat.Additionally, the zipper seems rather shoddy. Several times it has gone off track when I've unzipped it. It's a bit of a hassle to adjust so it will zip properly again. There are no cuffs in the sleeves, so even with gloves you will feel the cold air going in. The same is true of the collar; it doesn't really hug the neck. You get what you pay for - I'll be going back to Land's End for my next coat.

Cute But Cheaply Made
I love the color and cut of this coat—cute, cute, cute!—but I wish the quality were higher, especially considering the cost. Feathers often slip out of the seams, and there’s not much filling to begin with. I would expect a coat of this length and style to be much warmer than it is, but I’ve found that when the temperature drops below 35 or so, I get quite cold without a heavy sweater underneath. Additionally, if I wear my hair down, the hood gives me some gnarly knots.

and liked the chevron pattern this one has
I was looking for a new winter coat, and liked the chevron pattern this one has. The coat is as expected, but the only issues I have had was the liner gets caught in the zipper a lot and the down feathers pop out of the seams frequently.

I don’t like the hood at all so I zipped it off
This is the warmest coat I have ever owned. It’s very lightweight and very becoming. It should have snaps plus the zipper which is awkward to zip since the coat is knee length (I am 5” tall.I don’t like the hood at all so I zipped it off. The fur looks appropriate for a stuffed toy, thus four stars.Still a great coat- true to size.

Faulty zipper, no way to close it
Update: I am changing my 3-star rating to a 1-star rating. The zipper does not work at all now, which makes this coat useless. I would put up with it if there were buttons or snaps that could close it in the meantime but there aren't. Really annoyed that I can't exchange this faulty product. Lesson learned: never buy a coat unless there are buttons/snaps that can serve as a backup. Do not recommend.(my earlier review)It's certainly warm enough for cold weather but I have never had this difficult of a time with a zipper before. It takes multiple times for the teeth to latch properly and it constantly comes undone from the bottom. Never had this issue with other zippers before, and certainly not after only owning it a couple of weeks. Once it's zipped though, no issues!

Buy this coat!
Great coat! Looks identical to the much pricer North Face for a fraction of the cost. Keeping me plenty warm in this New England winter. For reference I'm 5'4", 108lbs and the small fit great with plenty of room for a thick sweater or sweatshirt. Very pleased with this purchase!

Could get better quality for the price
Fits as expected through the body, but arms seems a bit short. My zipper broke within the first week. Warm coat, looks nice but not the best quality. Overall okay.

Cut slim but we LOVE it!
The coat was for my daughter who is very slim and petite. She normally wears a small or even extra small. I wanted the coat to fit her for a few years as she is still growing so I ordered a medium. It fits her very well now with only a little margin for growth which surprised me. Other than that, we both love the coat! Very well made, great style and cozy warm. We are both very pleased.
