BBQ (DUAL) iCelsius Dual Cooking and Grilling temperature probe -30 to 250 C, Display: 0.1 C

Judging by the picture you would think it was a complete package, which I ordered and was surprised to see only the probes which are useless without the iCelsius thermometer (black box in picture). Being bated to now purchase another more expensive item I did and found it very very difficult to setup as the instructions are not complete. The remote viewing of real time temperature is only within range of your wireless router and I was under the impression I could view the temperature in real time as long the device was connected to the home wifi and my phone was connected to wireless data (meaning I could go down the street and still keep an eye on the temperature). Couldn't test the probes until we had the box, then it took me 3 different times of trying to set up to finally get it work and it was not even close to par with my expectations.We ordered the probes on June 16 and requested return on July 13 (less than 30 days), during that time we also had to wait for the box to arrive to complete the package seen in the picture before we could even test the probes, then went through the ridiculous setup process and are completely unsatisfied with functionality and the company selling the product.
