I love this product and use it daily in a variety of ways. Bought my first a couple of months ago and just ordered another for even more possibilities of use. I highly recommend using it with tennis balls. I use both sides when the tennis balls are in for varying degrees of intensity. I use it mainly for my back, feet and hamstrings. After use i can feel the warmth and circulation wherever i have used it. It seems very sturdy. I stand on it with my full weight (about 200lbs) for extended periods for my feet exercises and it holds up well. I am very happy I found this product.

I was so excited when I found this product. As a busy professional massage therapist, mother wife ect it is extremely difficult to find time for myself. I'm ecstatic to report that after 2 days of slow gradual use my back neck shoulders and hips already feel different. I have no idea how to use the item since I did not receive any instruction. And yes I could look it up but There should have been instruction included.

Before using the back king I had lots of tension in my upper back. The pressure point and stretching from the back king has solved the problem of my back pain. I also use it for my lower back which gets tight. I recommend this product to any one to reduce their stress levels in any part of their back. Thank you for inventing a product to relieve my pain!!!

Offers really great control and feels amazing

This product has really helped my back and neck. I'm six feet three and bend over a lot at work. The back King massages my spine and helps with every day aches and pain.
