I expected a little more than what I got. Received the bag in January but didn't think to check it out as reviews weren't too bad. Going to try and break down this review as much as possible. Please read completely and decide for yourself.1. This is a 70L bag. It is very large. There is the option to collapse the bottom and make it quite a bit shorter. Roughly from 70L to 50L. I was expecting something large so this was not an issue.2. Plenty of compartments for organization. One large pocket on each side of the bag. I have a UST outdoor kit that includes a pretty good sized camping hatchet (roughly 10in long). There was ample room in the pockets for that hatchet, a survival knife, sharpening stone, and a few other odds and ends.3. Large, narrow outer pocket. I'd say 5 subject 5star notebook sized. There are "molle" straps on the outside of it. I wouldn't trust the stitching with anything of real weight that I wouldn't want to lose or end up carrying.4. The inside of the bag itself is very roomy. It lacks interior pockets. An adult sized, compressed sleeping bag would fit in it easily.5. There is another outside pocket on the outside at the bottom of the bag where the straps are for collapsing the bag. It was too small for me to even think of a practical use for it.6. There is a drawstring closure at the top of the bag. It honestly looks like a shoe string was put in it and then put through the cheapest stopper toggle I have ever seen. I would honestly recommend changing it out for something a little sturdier.7. The top of the bag, the part that flips over has a front zipper and 2 straps for securing it down. It could probably be used for a mess kit if it wasn't too large.8. The buckles that the straps go through seem to large for the straps themselves. They provided no resistance and the straps would pretty much just fall out.9. The shoulder straps. They could be used as a torture device. I don't know about anyone else but my neck is wider than an inch. The straps almost touch at the top of the bag. I could not imagine how uncomfortable it would become over any length of time.10. The fabric. Ever felt the fabric on those cheap kids backpacks? The kind that feels like it would rip if you just pointed something sharp at it? Yea, that's pretty much what this bag is made of.11. The back of the bag has mesh on it. Normally this isnt a bad thing. When you can see the thin white layer of foam padding your back on the inside of that liner, well that's not a good thing. So, will it fit a crap ton of stuff in it? YesWould you want to trust it with important things you wouldn't want to ultimately end up carrying in your arms? No.Is it worth $50? That's a negative, hands down.

A very capable light weight pack.
I was a little skeptical of this pack at first but decided to give it a try anyway. I’m very familiar with backpacking with heavy loads and have the the right pack to do so if I need to. However this pack is more of a lightweight overnight camping/hunting pack. I loaded this pack down with a hammock, under quilt, camera bag, two tripods and a tree tent. It all fit with ease with some room to spare as weighed in at 20 pounds. The main compartment on the bag has a waterproof rip stop liner that appears to do a good job of keeping the contents dry. There are multiple pockets and straps around the pack that are very handy for carrying additional accessories including a pocketed hood which I found very convenient for accessing my go pro or phone. I will probably use this pack as a lightweight option for day hikes or just simple camping trips where a internal frame isn’t needed. For testing purposes I did put a scuba tank in the pack just to see how it performed with heavier loads. I put the pack in and adjusted it so the weight rested on my waist instead of my shoulders. The pack weighed in at 40 pounds but seemed to handle the weight fine there was no major discomfort to speak of but I feel that I was pushing the limits of the material and wouldn’t risk a long hike with that much weight in the pack. In conclusion I’m satisfied with the design and workmanship of this pack. I would like toSee some heavier buckles and straps but that would drive up the price. For the price it is a very capable light weight pack that will serve me well if I don’t overload it

If you are looking for a backpack you can really depend on.... find a different one
about a half hour into my hike both of the straps to the backpack ripped right off at the seam, one of the plastic clips on the strap also broke. i ended up wasting my vacation time because i was unable to trust this backpack to make it, i had to turn around and head back home. i really liked the backpack before this too. everything seams great about it, except its main purpose as a backpack, which i do find to be an important quality. i tried to contact wintming by email like it says to do, however, they say that without providing an email to contact, unless i missed that somewhere, so now i get to whine on here for everyone to see, hoping that wintming will make things right.

Would be a good bag if the clips stayed closed
The bag has good storage and I like the compartmentalized aspects of it but unfortunately the it came defective. The clip on the bottom of the right shoulder strap does not sit in the receiver entirely which causes it to randomly come undone. When that happens, the whole pack swings off your back to one side and, if you are packing for a big hike, is enough to spin you. As other have said the zippers are a little rough but I was willing to look past that, but the backpack spontaneously becoming a courier bag is not something I can ignore.EDIT: Increased the rating solely based on the service, WintMing has since contacted me and is making this right. When the bag arrives, I will post again and leave my review. The bag is everything I was looking for so I hope it was just a one time issue with the buckle.

Disappointing manufacturing defect
Seems like a great bag but it was missing the top buckle that closes the bag on the right.. really disappointing as my husband was looking forward to using it that weekend. My husband Contacted the seller and after 1 week no response so we had no choice to return it.. we just placed an order for another one hoping this one comes in without any defects...
