Great product outstanding customer service
The product arrived on time and just as promised (honestly this gadget is a lot smaller than I expected, and it was a pleasant surprise).I was able to easily connect my TV to my Sony bluetooth headphones and it works great. I was also able to connect a regular speaker (with no bluetooth to my phone) to play music via bluetooth. The one challenge I was facing was to connect it to my AirPods. After spending some time and failing trying to connect the two I reached out to the supplier. And honestly.. that is when the MAGIC happened. Customer service from China got in touch with me, and they seriously went out of their ways to make this work for me. We spent some time together troubleshooting why they don't connect and came up with different solutions then at the end it turned out that this product can only connect to 1 single bluetooth device (which we knew from the beginning) and the AirPods counts as several (case, left pods, right pods). So we learned that this product is not compatible with AirPods, but then they provided me another device that is capable to connect to multiple bluetooth devices and they sent it to me to replace this one free of charge. The moral of this story is that this provider actually cares about customer satisfaction. This $15 item comes with the best customer service from China that is incomparable to anything. Highly highly recommended to buy from this supplier!

Turned a non-bluetooth TV into a bluetooth TV
First, you must have some kind of headphone jack or analog audio output (cables for both are included).Second, the battery came charged, but this does not include a charger (that's not a negative, I have too many myself anyway). They did include the USB required for charging, and the TV in my case has a USB to provide charging power. At first I wasn't sure how to pair headphones (which have no display themselves) to this device (which also has no display itself), but bring the two close together solved that mystery.Beyond that, it works well. It is a simplified device, which is to say there are no fancy options or frills, but at this price point it is exactly what you'd expect.

The trick to getting it to pair. . .
I didn't think mine was transmitting at all. The red light was blinking, but I had been unable to get it to pair with any of my wireless earbuds. Then I tried to pair it to my iPhone 11, an old Samsung S6, and my Kindle Fire. The last 3 searched for a bluetooth connection and found nothing. There are NO instructions included with the device, just a nice brochure touting all the wonderful things it's supposed to be able to do. I got the instructions from the reply to one of the other posts. Those instructions are wrong. Or, at least I interpreted them wrong. I turned to Youtube, and thank you "How to With Kristin" for helping me out. Here's what worked for me: 1. Charge your transmitter, or hook it up to an auxiliary power supply 2. Put the switch in TX (for transmit) position (Here's where the instructions diverge) 3. Plug the 3.5mm cord into your transmitter, and the sound output from either your TV or your sound source 4. NOW, press the power button for your transmitter, and HOLD IT DOWN, while turning on your earphones/receiving device. My earbuds synced within 4 or 5 seconds, no problem. The sound source I'm using is my surround sound amplifier. I have to deselect the external speakers to only have the sound coming from my earphones, but that's no big deal. The sound quality is really good, but there is a fraction of a second delay so the dialogue and lips don't sync perfectly. That is probably not a shocker considering the price of this transmitter and my $6 earbuds. If it turns out to be too annoying, I'll upgrade to Bluetooth 5 on the transmitter and earbuds, but for now I'm just happy I could get it to work.

You WILL have issues PAIRING this transmitter - Here's how to fix it:
I'm using this thing as a TRANSMITTER (to send signal OUT to be received), to be paired with my Bose SoundSport Bluetooth headphones. After I took the Transmitter/Receiver out of the box and charged it, I could NOT get it to pair with my headphones. After half-an-hour of unsuccessful fidgeting, I was one minute away from giving this one star and returning it.THE FIX:1.) I had to COMPLETELY CLEAR ALL PAIRED DEVICES from the headphones (by holding down the power button on the headphones for about 10 seconds until the little voice said all devices were cleared).2.) I then turned the headphones OFF.3.) I then turned the Transmitter/Receiver ON while switched to Transmitter mode ("TX" on the switch).4.) I then turned the headphones BACK ON, but held the button down to put them in pairing mode.5.) The headphones then indicated that they were paired to the Transmitter/Receiver.After that, everything worked fine. Great, actually. I haven't experienced any of the "fuzzy" noises that some people are reporting on here with poor reviews, but I've only had it for an hour. I'll keep everyone updated if it starts messing up.IT WOULD BE REALLY GREAT IF THE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET ACTUALLY HAD ANY INSTRUCTIONS WHATSOEVER. It's more like an advertisement flier than an instruction manual.... I HAD TO FIGURE THIS OUT ON MY OWN.
