Spectacular Sudoku Variants

Not quite what I enjoy doing. But a lot of them!
What disappointed me about this book of Sudoku "variants" was the lack of variation - what it did was create different patterns and numbers of the basic nonets. In other words, the first set of puzzles had two nonets, overlapping in one square (nonet). The second set of puzzles had them overlapping in two squares . It progressed increasingly and by the end there were more nonets than I cared to count in each puzzle. Certainly challenging but not the variety I enjoy! Use a pencil with a tiny point of lead & a LARGE eraser!

Solid overlaps, with increasing difficulty. More types of variations and less repetition would be better
I love these variants. True there could be different variations and less of the same kind ( that is why a 4 not a 5 rating), but I like the overlapping puzzles. There were no offset puzzles or adult shaped ones overlapped or not.
