Love these
Love theseMy wife is on the AIP diet because of her Hashimoto syndrome. We thought pasta was gone from our life. But thanks to this delicious product we can now have ramen, pho, stroganoff, bolognese, or any pasta dish. The first time I made her a bowl she cried a little. It is not only AIP compliant and Paleo it is also very tasty. If you told me these were made from sweet potato I would not have known. It tastes very similar to real pasta.

Amazing!!
These are very delicous! The package says to boil them but it’s better if you soak them in hot water (the hottest from the tap is fine) for about 20 mins then cook then with whatever sauce you are making for 3-5 until they are translucent and soft. Really delicous and makes enough for several meals. Will be ordering them again!

One Star
The packaging has different nutritional facts then the advertised product. I believe (especially with food) this should never happen.

Excellent noodle for a Paleo lifestyle
I love these noodles! Since going Paleo it is hard to find an acceptable replacement for noodle dishes and this one measures up! They have the texture I'm looking for and take on the flavor of whatever I pair them with!! I wish I could buy 13 packs at a time, but I don't have the storage space!

I LOVE chapchae
these noodles are the real Korean deal. they are easy to make and will give you authentic chapchae noodles if you throw in some vegetables and a little sauce. I could eat this stuff all day. Despite the name "sweet potato" as the only ingredient, they can have enough fiber to lower the net carbs/glycemic load. I laugh at the miniscule serving size (17 per bag!) they have that seems geared to western people who don't love this stuff. I saw a more realistic serving size on a different package: lets just say that I consider the two 12 oz. bags included in the package I bought to hold 4 servings of 3 oz each, or 8 servings for the two bags. Since their serving size is 70 calories, I figure mine is a bit more than 280. But since I usually make them as a vegetarian dish, and minimize the fat I add (a tablespoon of sesame oil is enough to fry 3 dry oz. in), adding celery, bean sprouts, spinach, a little grated or thinly sliced carrot, maybe kimchee, and some sesame seeds, a big satisfying bowl of it is still probably well under 350 calories, and I feel totally sated. The noodles are chewy enough that you get a lot of satisfaction from them. They're not virtually net-carb-free like shiritaki/konnyaku noodles, but they're also not as challenging as those to infuse with delicious flavor and, more to the point, chew and swallow.I prefer to get these noodles made in korea as opposed to china ( they are also available from japan, but usually at a higher price), and these meet that criterion. I am a happy chap-chae-er now.

Finally
Yes, a noodle that doesn't fall apart when stir-frying! The kids absolutely loved these (2 high school students from China, 1 American) So good my one boy asked to eat the leftovers for school lunch the next day! (For the sauce I used 1/3 soy 1/3 natural maple syrup 2T sesame oil and 2T oil) Because these do not break while cooking, you will need to cut them in half.

Absolutely DELICIOUS! Paleo Friendly!!
So, don't judge me, but I did cry a bit when I made and tasted these sweet potato starch noodles. I have been grain free for over four years and have been searching and trying to create any form of pasta that was comparable to actual pasta. I know people swear by zoodles and spaghetti squash as a substitute, but let's be honest. They are a vegetable, and do not act and feel as pasta does in your mouth. This product does! I simmered the noodles in boiling water for 11 minutes and the texture was perfect. The texture is slightly chewy, kind of like al dente pasta. It is entirely neutral in flavor so it picks up what ever sauce you put them with. I made a Paleo Pad Thai and my mouth exploded with joy! I also tossed it in a chicken and vegetable stir fry and it was like eating Lo Mein. Yes, I also melted cheese over it and it became MAC AND CHEESE!To say the least, I cannot recommend this product enough. You get a LOT of noodles for less than ten bucks and they go a long way. I even make them in advance and store them to heat for future use. Enjoy them!
