Whitehall Products Decorative Country Bell, Large, Black

I like this bell and it was reasonably priced for the quality of the sound. I like the sound of it and it is sturdy and attached easily to our house (we had to provide our own screws). We use it as a dinner bell for my children who are now old enough to roam beyond our yard. My one disappointment was that the pain was already scratching off by the time I got it out of its packaging. So to prevent rust I sprayed it with matte-finish rustoleum and so far (a few months in) it looks good.

We love the sound of the bell and it's quite heavy and sturdy. Only complaint is no screws were included to mount and I wish when you buy somethingin "BLACK" the MFG would include screws.

I am pretty happy with this bell. It is loud enough for my kids to hear down the street. The only Issue is the location or size of the ringer. It is hard to get it to hit the side just right. I can't ring it ding, ding, ding really fast like i want to which is why only 4 stars. Other than that it looks great, sounds great and was super easy to install. It did not come with mounting screws, luckily I had some black screws to match.

The biggest and highest-quality bell I could find in this price range. The sound is not the deep, satisfactory ring of a big bell (it's high pitched), but that's to be expected considering the price. Good quality - I would recommend.

I was worried about how this bell would sound since it is made out of aluminum.I ordered it anyway, and am really happy I did. It sounds really great. When Iwas a kid my mother used a bell like this to call us in from the neighborhood.That is what I want to use it for too. It is great. The kids can hear it allthe way to the end of the block.

We hung it next to our front door. We use it to call our kids in when playing outside . The sound reaches a good distance
