My bro enjoys this series
It's alright. But as to this volume specifically, it's great if you're into Shonen manga. That's the best way to put it. If you want more of the same (and that's not necessarily a bad thing), then you'll definitely like this.

Great book in the series
A lot of people dont understand that Fairy Tail was basically written for male audiences, and many people misunderstand conversations in the book to be sexist, because they havent read any other books. For example, the 1 star review for this book was someone who had only read parts of this book, and none other in the series, and they took Elfman's keyword "man" as sexist even though the way Elfman uses the word man has absolutely nothing to do with being male or female. If you think this book is sexist, well maybe you should start from the beginning. Also, as for the women in this wearing little clothing or revealing clothing, again, MALE AUDIENCE was the intended target, and that is actually more clothing than most people wear anyway... Get out of your hole for once.

Completely degrading graphic to women
I give it negative stars! These books are terribly offensive and degrading towards women! Too much sexy stuff for any children to be reading or trying to understand. Hidden motives give young girls the wrong idea. Should be in the adult section. The clothing (and lack of) prove that these stories (if that's what you call them) have a hidden agenda for our young girls. Oh.... and terribly written.

Grimoire Heart ascendant
As Grimoire Heart approaches Fairy Tail's sacred island they are confronted by a furious Master Makarov but despite his best efforts he is unable to prevent the Dark Guild's forces from making landfall as he is confronted by Master Hades, the leader of Grimoire Heart who has a history with Fairy Tail's Master. Meanwhile, Grimoire Heart's most powerful members, the Seven Kin of Purgatory, begin to engage the members of Fairy Tail on the island with their unusual and powerful magic proving a difficult challenge for Natsu and his friends. This twenty-sixth volume of the 'Fairy Tail' manga is entertaining but does seem to be missing something. Most of the Seven Kin have good designs and interesting abilities, even if some of them aren't very likeable (Merudy is probably the best of the seven but she doesn't do much in this volume). The action in this volume is relatively good with Natsu's fight against Zancrow being nicely done and Makarov's stand against the Grimoire Heart airship being entertaining as well. While this volume doesn't have much in the way of humour, it does have a few nicely emotional moments here and there alongside the action as well as a nice revelation about the background of Master Hades. The volume includes the usual afterword, translation notes and Q&A, as well as some fan art and design sketches for the Seven Kin.An entertaining volume, this twenty-sixth volume of 'Fairy Tail' is reasonably good and is worth around four and a half stars.
