This product is beautiful but after only one flight the luggage was scratched terribly . Hence it is NOT scratch proof . Southwest Airlines also managed to put a huge gash in the largest suitcase! This is very expensive luggage which claims to be very durable and scratch proof . Buyer beware , it scratches very easily and is not that durable . Now trying to see how well Visionaire honors their warranty !
