Product is a dud and so is the seller
If I could give zero stars I would. This does not stick to any surface. I tried our hard wood floor in the living room, tile floor in the kitchen, and the laminate floor in the bathroom. 2 pulls and the thing gave way. Now I am fine with a toy not working. It happens. Dogs come in all shapes and sizes. What annoyed me about this was that it took over a month to get to me and when I told the seller of the issue he told me that the postage to send it back would have to come out of the return and in that case why don't I just keep it and give it to someone as a gift. Really? Where the heck did this come from? So I should keep it and be the jerk who gives a defective toy to a friend. Horrible seller.

Destroyed in less than 1 day.
Disappointed with this dog toy. It would not stick to our floor or even the kitchen countertop. My husband even tried stepping on it to force all the air out to try to get it to stick - still nothing. However our 11 month old pup still wanted to play with it, so we let her have it. In less than 24 hours she managed to chew off and swallow pieces of the toy. Thankfully she is doing ok and seems to have passed most of the pieces. I wound not recommend this for anyone, it is not durable enough to withstand a dog chewing.

Lasted an hour & DIDN'T stick to the floor
This absolutely didn't adhere to the floor and the ball was separated from the rope in < 1 hour!

DOES NOT SUCTION TO ANY SURFACE. Buyer beware. Company is not responsive for refunds/returns. Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Doesnt work
Doesnt stick well to the floor at all.

Bad product bad seller
Suction cup does not stick. Rope frayed with literally one bite by my 20 lb dog. Requested return twice but seller did not respond.

Missing brush, weak suction cup
This product did NOT come with the "free gift" brush as advertised. There were also no tags, directions, etc. The suction cup is fairly weak. This would work for a small dog, but our Boxer-Lab had it torn off of the surface in no time. The rope and ball made for a fun tug-of-war by hand, though.
