I am so pleased to have received these, the Quality appears to be excellent, I have used other Bands and they were definitely not as good as these, in many ways superior to Dumbells etc , as whichever Band you pick up, you can easily adjust the weight (resistance) simply by your hand positioning or where you stand relative to the Anchor point ... Can be used singly or put multiple Bands together for huge resistance ...Great for building Muscle or Toning,Home or Travel use ...Great Community with Undersun on FB or IG
