These are my new go-to for hair, skin, and nail health. Seriously, these are infallible. I've tried other vitamins from those who shant be named (*cough* Nature's Bounty) and they simply did not yield satisfactory, if any, results. These however, I notice a difference almost within the first 3 days of taking them. Hair feels fuller, thicker, and more vibrant. And no nasty side effects from cheap ingredients that yield acne. I swear by these gummies, the first photo was taken in December 2024 and the second photo was taken the second weekend of March. Not only is my hair longer it’s thicker and healthier. Before I started these I felt as though my hair was thin and it was so hard to do anything with it, now it’s thick and long enough to do a lot of styles with it. As well I’ve bleached and redyed my hair and it’s still very healthy.The gummies itself are tasty and don’t have a bad texture. They are super effective I definitely recommend getting them if you are having trouble with thin hair that won’t grow

I have been taking them for about 4 weeks and definitely notice a difference in my nails. Stronger and longer. My hair was just cut due to breakage from bleaching but I will surely update when I see results. Tastes pretty good too!

A year ago, a local stylist struggled to grip the sides of my hair for micro braids. I was growing out a mohawk that was shaved on the sides and barely 3 inches on the top. Now...Photos: 12/22/22 had just taken out braids, shampooed, air dried, and ready to braid again. 12/27/22 braids had been done 2 days and pulled into a ponytail. 1/21/23 new growth and nails. That is actual new growth and not slippage from poorly attached hair. 😜 My nails were previously thin, easily bent, and would literally tear like paper. Not anymore. They are strong, thicker, and longer than I've been able to grow them without some sort of overlay. I recently purchased NailAid Keratin 3-day growth but cannot attribute my mail growth to it because I used it once only 3 days ago in hopes to retain the length. 1/24/23 I took my braids out today.I have actually measured the growth but I plan to start. In addition to using these vitamins for 3 months, I also use a combination of rosemary, peppermint, sage, clove, lavender, and tea tree essential oils mixed with coconut, castor, evo, and grapeseed oils on my scalp. I combine the oils on an applicator bottle with a tablespoon of sulfur powder and quite frankly, I use it when I feel my scalp is dry and itchy. I shampoo my hair (sometimes while still braided) with Shea Moisture Intense Hydration shampoo and apply a generous amount of leave-in (Infusium 23 original liquid mixed with Wave Nouveau Moisture Finishing Lotion). I use coconut oil to seal it and allow it to air dry.That's been my routine for about 6 months. Since using these vitamins, I'm having to redo my braids more frequently without complaint. 🙃 Before braiding my hair this weekend, I plan to do a protein treatment using Aphogee 2-step. I'm also gonna trim my nails, start using the NailAid as directed, and track the results.Oh yeah... I want to mention that I started this haircare routine because I want to "Get Strapped." That's what I call growing my hair mid back to my bra closure/strap. It's silly but it's comical to me. 😆 Once achieved (and I've done it before), I want to go "Waist Deep." You guessed it... waist length hair. I'll keep you posted. In the meantime, I'm gonna keep talking these vitamins and maintain my current regimen.I STRONGLY recommend using these vitamins.One last thing, I added extra biotin (10,000 mcg) almost 30 days ago. I waited til finishing the entire 1 month supply. (Which is 2 gummies per day). They taste good! I did take them as directed. **My nails are great!** I’ll give it that! They grew faster & stronger. My skin didn’t break out! I’m somewhat acne-prone, and biotin can do that to some folks. But it didn’t happen to me, at all… I bought these to make my hair grow thicker & stop falling out. I got the opposite! Nothing else with my routine, hormones, or diet changed— within this past month. Weird. I’m seeing 3x the size of hair clumps after a shower. Even tho the thin patches that framed around my face, temples, forehead — has filled in somewhat… The rest of my head is shedding badly! Ughhh! Oh, well!! Beauty regimens & vitamins are all just one big experiment anyways lol. I’m def gonna try some other brand or formula. But I hope it works for you!

These are amazing! I’m a cosmetologist and these help your hair to be its best and fullest. It won’t make hair grow out of follicles that don’t exist, (you’ve got what you got) But! When I was post partum and nervous about losing hair, I took these and barely lost any! They are a great price and I have noticed a difference with keeping hair growth consistent and at its best! I Definitely recommend these especially for post partum mamas! Or hormonal hair loss.

I am so glad that I found these. They work and taste great. I use to use the blue h**r b**r gummies which I really liked, but then they changed the formula and they taste terrible. I like these so much they are on my subscription list.
