Wall plug is European
The plug is for a European outlet? I didnt see where it says that.. I'm disappointed because now I have to buy adapter parts..

Company provided a satisfactory solution to the defective unit we received.
We bought this frame as a gift for a relative. It shows a slideshow of photos that you load onto a thumbdrive. However, it appeared to be defective because there was a black horizontal line/seam which ran across the screen (as you can see in the picture). The line appeared on all pictures, as well as the home and menu screens. I initially had some difficulty getting in touch with the seller and getting them to understand the problem (English is not their 1st language), but eventually, we were able to work something out that was a satisfactory solution.

Good device
It's a good size for landscape orientation photographs. Portrait orientation photographs are on the smaller side. The remote control was easy to use and the interface was intuitive. It plays videos as well as showing photographs.
