AFI Madison Full Platform Bed with Flat Panel Footboard and Turbo Charger with Twin Size Urban Trundle in Grey

Just finished assembling the bed, and ran to the computer to write this review. The level of attention they gave this bed to make it so easy to assemble is impressive. It is almost entirely a one person job. Very nice and smooth finish. All wood - no "engineered wood" MDF nonsense. Very happy about it.

Super easy assembly. I did it by myself (46 female) in an hour. Don't listen to the other reviews that say it's hard to put together, or that you need two people to do it. Obviously that people have some kind of impairment. Honestly, this bed is perfect. So glad I got it for my teen daughter.

I was able to put this together by myself within a few hours and the bed looks great. And, I really appreciated that the parts were packaged separately which seemed to have helped in keeping them from damage during shipping.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the screws on the trundle were a little difficult to get lined up right. Assembly would have been even quicker otherwise. Also, I wish the trundle sat a little higher from the ground as it's a little difficult to roll under the bed. Otherwise, I'm very pleased and would be open to buying this same bed for my daughter if it was available in grey.

Bed is not sturdy. The wood makes cracking noises every time my daughter lays on it- she is only 8! This should not happen. It will break if a child jumps on the bed! For the price buy something else! Huge regret!

Very nice bed. There was a small problem with a missing piece and Atlantic dealt with it immediately. I like their product. They are a good company to deal with. Did their best to get problem resolved. The bed is really a lovely one.

This is one of the best assembly required pieces of furniture I’ve purchased for my new home. It arrived on time, was straight forward to assemble and I was able to assemble it by myself without difficulty. The packaging was very protective and there are no nicks or scratches on the finish.

This bed was very well organized, came in 5 separate boxes. Easy to put together. No damage done to any of the product even tho there was a huge knife cut on one of the boxes. Trundle part rolls out very easily. Would definitely recommend buying this! Great quality

I ordered this bed with the trundle also. This bed comes delivered in 4 big boxes. However, I advice you check over carefully and don't wait til your return window has passed. The first time I got wrong color. Second bed delivery, came with no trundle. They could not just send me the trundle so had to get a third bed delivered. On the third delivery of the bed, the wood on the headboard has been punched and trundle has large split in the face. In the meantime, I have about 8 boxes sitting in my driveway for pickup. UPS only picked up one box because amazon only gives you one label to return. The trundle and bed platform are made of a very sturdy wood. However, the headboard and footboard is made of a flimsy wood, perhaps with some pressed board and the paint quality is already showing signs of cracking. This will not hold up well. I still don't have a perfect bed (trundle has a gash), but I will try to paint it rather than try for a fourth time. On the plus side, this is a very cute bed, great for a kid's room. Assembly is straightforward. Just be sure to check for damages right away as a lot can go wrong with this bed.
