Used for 5 minutes once a month for the last year and it has already broken. Can’t read the display at all. Seller denying knowledge of my order and not offering to help me resolve. Money down the drain.

The seller did not put their stamp on the warranty.The maker has not inserted the plastic tab that you remove when you are ready to use the watch for the first time.This the watch was already running and I have now idea how much battery has already been used.

The function and size of these watches for riding is great. I have used it in both comptitions and also to time training. However, the buckle on the band of the watch broke after about a year and when I contacted Optimum the customer service person told me they did not replace or sell the watch bands and that I and gave me the name of a company that could sell me one. That company never responded to my emails, and the band was not listed on their site. I tried to replace it with bands and buckles that I found on-line that looked like they might work, but none did. I ended up resentfully buying another watch......Optimum needs to bring band replacement inhouse...or design a watch with a better latch.
