Fantastic transitions for smaller prints, very clean prints.
I use this filament for making toys. The color transition is the quickest and nicest that I have yet found on a 'rainbow' roll. On a 6 - 8 hour print, I get about 3 color changes. The prints come out extremely clean, no stringing, blobs, defects. Hands down out of about 20 different rolls of filament I have tried so far this is my favorite. I wont use this for bigger prints as it changes color too fast! anything over 20+ hours I will probably use a different rainbow roll, but for the majority of my smaller items, hands down this is what I will be primarily using going forward. Worth the little higher price than other rolls!

Everything I’ve printed has a rich color and sheen
I’ve had no problems with printing or adhesion with this material I will purchase again when needed

Set temperature to 235 (PETG level), higher than recommended, to keep from jamming!
First off, I have a Prusa i3 MK3S+ printer and have printed at least a hundred spools of PLA, PETG, TPU, Polycarbonate, and ABS filament, so I'm not a 'newby'. I started printing at the recommended 215C, but had problems with feeding; that 'click click click' where the filament was not feeding through the feed gears. Print height was .20 with a .4 nozzle, so not a problem. Like others who have reviewed this about feeding problems, I thought I was going to have a $24 addition to my trash can, but I kept on playing with it. Cranked the temp up to 225C and it printed well for about an hour, then jammed with the 'click click click' filament-not-feeding issue. I unloaded the filament, trimmed, and reloaded. Then I cranked the temp up to PETG levels; 235C. And, it prints perfectly now. Nice prints too. So, don't trash it, just increase the temp, A LOT! If it acts up again, I'm going to crank the temp up even higher! We'll see. Because of it's temperature temperamental nature, I downgraded it to 4 stars.3.18.22 Update; had to go all the way to 240, because a I had a stoppage at 235. And I cranked the speed up 10% to compensate. After that, smooth sailing!

Great, once you figure out settings
Did a bunch of research in to the silk filaments before attempting to print. On a friend’s recommendation, I actually used this as an excuse to upgrade my base Ender 3 to a direct drive (and quieter fans) - it definitely made a difference. Also, highly recommend getting a dehumidifier box for filament. Silk tends to need to be dried out before printing.First successful print was done at 200, though I don’t remember all my other settings (been a while). A more recent print had some issues with clogging after a few rows, so I’ll be trying a temperature increase to 205 to see how that does. It is a bit finickier than standard PLA, but it’s quite striking when successful.

Successful printing looks pretty good
I read the negative reviews and decided to give it a go anyway, but to be honest its ok so farHave not really had any issues with it once I determined the temperature for my printer CRE3V2 w/CR-Touch.These test prints are at 240°C with a Plate temp of 65°C with ambient room temp of 71°FStandard quality .2 layer height100mm/s print speed.I see some minimal stringing at this temp, but I have a solder rework station with a heat gun attachment that makes short work of those strings.its very shiny and I plan on making the dragon at a higher quality and full size at some time but I have other projects.I tried breaking the camera box against the grain and I couldn't by hand until the layers finally gave way.Layer adhesion seems ok but I have not printed anything large with it yetIf the Spool changes midway through or I have any other issues I will update the review.

May need to adjust heat settings.
Had to adjust the heat setting a couple times to get it just right which was 215° for my Sovol. Once dialed in, the prints were perfect. The sheen isn't quite as shiny as expected, but it isn't dull either.Overall I will use this filament again and do recommend it to anyone wanting to print multicolor items.

Beautiful silky sheen and excellent print quality
I purchased this silky green PLA filament specifically to print netted pots for a 3d-printed hydroponic tower. The filament arrived quickly and packaged well.I was pleased that it came with a small sample package of their other silky filaments. I was able to print small sample tiles that I placed on a keychain so that I have a future reference of what their filaments look like after printing. I think all filament manufacturers should practice this!I printed this filament on a MDG CR10v3 with Bondtech LGX extruder and Slicer Mosquito hotend with an Olssen ruby nozzle. I had zero issues with this filament. It has a consistent diameter from beginning to end and I had no issues with bed adhesion or millions of retractions. This filament is awesome!I also was pleased with the shiny sheen of the silky green. This is true "silk" filament at an fair value.I would definitely recommend this to others.

Frustratingly Imperfect
So close to being ideal as it is pretty, but the multicolored rainbow filament was not wound correctly. I noticed the filament gets caught in the roll, requiring me to manual unroll the filament as it feeds into the printer. This makes larger projects more frustrating. The filament even snapped midway through a print! The inconsistency tends to take place on the edges of the roll near the sides. So close to being perfect!
