Helps with snoring
This little device has help me stay on my side during the night. A gentle vibration tells you to roll back over. It is comfortable - I don't notice I have it on. I am trying to figure out what the data means in the morning. The only down side is the charging. I forgot to plug it in in the morning and then couldn't use it that night. It is a bit expensive, but since it is working, it is worth it for me. It is easy to pack for travel too.

Doesn't work and NOT returnable 😡
I've tried this for the last several weeks and according to my husband it has made my snoring worse instead of better. The description says returnable however when I attempted to return it I discovered it apparently is not returnable. Buy with caution. I'm now stuck with a very expensive useless item.

Good idea but too expensive and does not seem useful up to the present time.
This product seems to be a good idea but, as yet, I haven’t been able to get it to work. It is also darn expensive, but not even close to the cost of other Respironics products or similar products from other companies. The haptic engine just doesn’t seem strong enough to awaken me and is not always activated even when I’m on my back for a long time. I’m going to try it for a little longer before I return it.

Works as advertised, but pricey - Update.... I'm off my CPAP
I've had this device for two weeks and I have gone from 2 hours of back sleeping to under 15 minutes each night. I also use this in conjunction with a CPAP and my AHI index has gone from 2.5 to under 1 (I have positional sleep apnea) - first time I have had nights with 0 apneas. The device is extremely comfortable I even forget its there.I am very pleased more with this item, but didn't give it a full five stars because of two reasons:1) The price should really be about $100 for what you get for this device2) The strap loosens as you sleep and if you don't readjust it nightly you will not feel the vibrations and will return to back sleeping - I have found a gap of 3-4 inches is about right before you secure the strapI am going to have my CPAP put in test mode and see if this device along with mouth taping (which dropped my AHI from 6 to 2.5) is enough to treat my sleep apnea... Will update the review with the results.Update:After sharing my results sleep training results with my doctor. We made the decision to retest my apnea in concert with this device and mouth taping. My results came back as an AHI of 1! I'm not officially graduated from my CPAP. I couldn't be happier because after months of trying I still hadn't adjusted to it.If you have positional sleep apnea and are interested in doing something like this I would recommend you talk to your doctor. They may be more willing to work with the Philips NightBalance, which is the FDA approved medical device to treat positional sleep apnea.

Tried everything else, only this worked
I've been a snoring machine all the back to childhood. I kept my fellow boy scouts awake on overnights. I can't sleep in the same bedroom with my wife. My kids have had to knock on my door in the middle of the night because I rattle the house with my chainsaw snoring. I'm not overweight or have any if the typical characteristics of someone that you might think of as a snorer. Been looking for solutions for 60 years. Mouthpiece, adjustable bed, snoring apps, you name it. Nothing has worked. When I had a sleep study done earlier this year I learned that my pulse ox was dropping into the 70's percentiles indicating obstructive sleep apnea. It wasn't so low on average to require a CPAP so my doctor recommended I try this while using an O2 monitor. What I discovered is this very comfortable device was gently training me to sleep on my side without waking me. My pulse ox began stabilizing in the low to mid 90's percentile and I awaken in the morning feeling much better and refreshed. This was a very good find for me. My snoring has been all but erased. My family and I thank the makers of this little gem and I'm looking forward to a healthier, happier, and more restful future. Big thumbs up.

Very expensive for the concept
If the unit could allow you to lay on your back and detect snoring "before" putting the two together to alert you, then it might be more worth the price. Otherwise, it's really just a puck that uses the technology found in Smartphones to determine which way is up (and that you're laying on your back). It's simply not worth the cost of purchase. $39 would be more appropriate.Packaging is largely an unnecessary expense, as the attempt is to copy Smartphone packaging aesthetics, meanwhile providing more style than functionality. Even so, that could be done away with, making the box much smaller and more efficient.Battery life is not very efficient. 8 hours charge for 8 sleep cycles isn't very impressive. It's worth a try if you snore 100% of the time on your back, and almost never on your side. If you snore on your side, suffer from G.U.R.D., or simply can't sleep on your side for long, you'll likely stop using it. YMMV

Not a great idea
This thing does what it says which is vibrate when you are on your back. However, this is not the solution to the problem even if it is, then it is a terrible one.The manual says that the device will slowly increase the number of times it will vibrate at night from 10% to 100% in 8 days to give you time to adjust. Yesterday was first night wearing this and it woke me up 4 times. Being woken up 4 times from deep sleep has lead me to have a worse sleep and feeling more tired than if I just snored.I track my sleep on fitbit and also my snoring on snore lab, this did reduce the amount of snoring on the first night but reduced my sleep quality dramatically.I am going to try it again tonight, but I cant possibly imagine being this tired and sleepy tomorrow and working. I may just get a cpap machine or get an insert made by the dentist to keep my jaw open.I do not recommend this product.

Very hard to get a replacement if you live in Canada
The product itself worked well for me. However, the band started falling apart after about 9 months of use. I’ve been waiting over two months to get a replacement but Philips apparently cancelled the order as they can’t ship it to Canada from whatever factory it’s made at. I’m waiting for someone at headquarters to override that so it can be shipped but given the dismal customer service I’ve received so far, I might never get my replacement. So overall this product works well, but it doesn’t last long and if you want a replacement and live in Canada, you might be out of luck—and $200.

Will help people who only snore when on their backs.
Woke me gently when I rolled over on my back. Well made. Unfortunately I still snored on my side.

junk, junk, junk
works for a few nights then you can sleep on your back and you don't even notice that it' working. If they sold it for two dollars instead of two hundred it would be too much.
