Buy the pillow, it will save you some pain
Customers should know that the pillow really works. I have problems with my lower back, since I’ve been sleeping with the pillow between the legs I can really tell the difference .Getting ready to buy another. I LOVE This Pillow.

It works well
It’s a great pillow, it has helped with my lower back pain and sciatica. The reason for the 4 stars is that the leg strap is a little too big on me and it moves around a lot and that’s after even removing the extension on it.

Best thing I ever bought for my back.
The first couple days took some getting used to but now I can’t sleep without it. I keeps my spine aligned. I get a better night sleep and I am known for tossing, and turning due to the pain in my lower spine. But this helps stabilize my lower back. It stays put no matter which way I move. It moves with me. I highly recommend this pillow, especially for those who suffer from sciatica.
