Arrived in a nice box, well packed. It looks just like the picture. It has an instruction sheet that has illustrations that make it easy to use. I charged it for about 4 hours. After it was charged I tried it. I was impressed at the ease of use. You press the ON button for a few seconds and it will start heating. It heats up slowly but fairly fast. You can increase the heat by pressing the button and you know the setting by the color of the light... quick and easy. It comes with a velvet bag which should be used to protect you and the device. (the instructions say flannel but mine is velvet). It cools down fairly quickly too. I also used it to charge my cell phone. The picture shows the usb connection which goes to the device. Nice connection of the usb to the device....and when it was plugged into the device the lights all came on as stated in the instructions. I disconnected the phone from the cord to make a picture and after a short time the device turned itself off. I really like that.

This warmer is packaged nicely and is just the right size for fitting comfortably in a pocket or the palm of your hand. It is a nice weight - about five and a half ounces. Being able to use it for warmth -or- power is a real plus! In addition, the charge indicators give just enough light to use as a flashlight for finding a key hole at night or something in a purse.Holding it between your hands will keep them both warm if you have to sit in the cold for a few hours. If you work outdoors it can be put in an inside breast pocket of your jacket to help keep your body warm. If you have to work for hours in the cold, or, just want to warm both hands fast, you may want to buy two - one for each pocket.As a USB power bank it has a 5Ah battery good for charging your phone several times or keeping it playing over the course of a workday.I bought this for myself but think it could make a nice gift. In addition to the warmer there is a USB to USB-C (micro) cable for charging the device and a fabric sleeve to help soften the warmth. The manual is easy to understand, the one pushbutton switch turns the device on and off and switches between the three modes of heat. Four white LEDs indicate charge status and a red, orange blue LED indicates the temperature setting. Power comes on automatically when the USB is connected to another device.

My wife and I purchased this for a snow trip with the family. Originally we were looking for those old school heat pack pocket warmers. However, for nearly the same price this one is reusable, provides a power bank to charge our phones and does not seem wasteful to the environment.After about two weeks of use (three different outings) we have been glad we had it as it gets cold! So much so that my kids have both requested one..It works as described, 3 easy to understand heating levels; from luke-warm (113°F/45℃) to somewhat-warm (122°F/50℃) to warm (131°F/55℃). This warmer does NOT get hot. It is as described. So worth mentioning, for those people looking for “HOT” this product may not meet your expectations.Setting the temperature is easy. Click of a button and a small colored LED light conveys the temperature setting. Each heat level has a different color so easy to know what temp it is on. It heats evenly on all sides and is good for palms or just to leave in your pocket. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised on how quickly it warmed up; about 1 minute to heat to your desired setting.I would compare the weight to that of about half a baseball. Does not strike me as cheap. Well built. Good material construction. I imagine you could drop it a couple times and not worry. The exterior is pleasant to the touch. No loose pieces and the silicone oil finish exterior is smooth within the palm.It has a USB cable to an Android backend. This can plug into your phones standard wall mount two-prong charger (two prong NOT included) or flip it around and that is what you use to charge your Android phone. To charge my Apple phone we just used my Apple USB/phone charger cable. No issues.All-in-all, good purchase. We are purchasing two more for the kids

Some great things to know about this handwarmer:1) It heats up fast. This is super important because you don't want to be waiting around with cold hands.2) The different heat settings are exactly as described and switching between them is easy.3) It really can charge your phone, and it charges fast.4) The weight is not that heavy, yet the materials seem durable and of good quality.Honestly can't say enough good things about this. It's single-handedly replaced my old battery bank and become an essential part of both my EDC and even something I always take with me when camping in winter months.
