Decent quality
Decent quality PSU. It does tend to "sing" a bit at certain loads, but it's a steady 5 volts and isnt running too hot.

Selling returned items as new?
Item arrived promptly but it has obviously been used before. This was either a returned item or a second. The case is bent and circuit board is damaged from where a bolt has clamped the psu down.
