Excellent outers
These are just gore-tex outers, you must provide layers underneath. So far i have used these in 50f to -20F with out any problems.. they are great. i would say they run a little bit small, but other than that they are very well made. I have only had to use a very thin poly-pro long underwear for days above you 0 and jogging tights for below 0.They come with zippers and velcro tighteners at the ankles to keep the wind/rain out and to keep material out of your chain.

Looks ok but makes noise
I got those in EU/US size L. I am 183cm/6' and 68kg/150lbs man. My pants size is 31. They fit well, actually they would be ok for someone few cm/1 inch taller but not fatter. No pockets, except for the one on the back. Pocket is made of mesh; it rests just above one's butt, in the middle of one's back. Pocket can be closed with a zipper that runs horizontally just below the waist band. Pants have velcro to make them tighter on lower legs and zippers to make it easy to put them on without taking shoes off. It also has reflective stripes on sides of calves and reflective signs "GORE BIKE WEAR" and "GORETEX" above ankles. Part of pants that has contact with a saddle is made of slightly thicker fabric. There is no lining inside. It is just one layer of fabric. Well sewn, looks good, I believe it is waterproof and breathable to certain level as it is goretex. However I never wore them in the rain. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is the swooshy noise those fabric makes. At least drivers in their cars will hear biker coming. Lol, No it is not that loud!

sizie not good enouth
M size are a little to shortI choose m-size because i thought that pants in size L will be too extensive in the waist for me, my thoughts was wrong probably waist will be ok for me and legs are a bit longer, when you are riding in the rain is is important to have more overlap with shoes then just walking, because it is easier to make a gap.I were jeans in size W31xL34.Of course after 2h riding in the rain i was dry inside pants, water on pants quickly drayed after entering home however I spent a lot of time during my ride controlling overlap with shoes and unfortunately water get in too my shoes through gap.

Light but Terrible Fit. Not-so-good Quality.
The pant has a very wired fit. It very loose from waste to knee and very narrow from knee to ankle. The upper part is looser than any same size snow board pant. You can imagine how wired it is. The quality feel not so good. It is not even close to the similar clothes made by any major outdoor clothing brand like Patagonia, Arc'Teryx, or even TNF. I have several Gore Bike and Running clothes. The quality is not always the same level. It really depends on which OEM factory is making the specific model. Not satisfied.

Real rain gear for bike and hike...
I finally got to try these out today on the bike, and have to say I'm very impressed! I only rode through light rain, but have used a similar Gore-Tex Pac-Lite Jacket on extended downpour rides, so have little doubt that these pants will do the job of keeping me dry.As far at the fit: I usually wear 34" waist, 32" inseam, and might have been able to get away with a size medium, but decided to order the large just in case, especially after reading that some buyers had a hard time wrestling the waist of the mediums over their hips. I had no such trouble, and found the waist line to be high, but not unusually so for something intended for cycling. The waist band actually rides at right about belly-button height, and stays in place pretty well, but would probably work better with the addition of a set of cheap suspenders. Ankle and calves cinch down with velcro hook/loop closures, which prevent extra material from getting caught in the drive-train. The pants have articulated knees, which line up perfectly with my own knees during seated pedaling.I was comfortable wearing these at 60 degrees F, so think they will be a much appreciated carry-along for extended Summer rides in the mountains where temps can quickly drop with passing showers. I also intend to carry these on extended hikes in the mountains, where getting soaked by a passing shower is almost always a possibility. For cooler weather, I would recommend wearing tights under these pants, but don't expect to be doing much wet weather riding, and even if I do, dry and windproof still beats wet and wind-blown.Overall I'm happy with this purchase and predict these pants will extend my comfort and enjoyment on rides and hikes for years to come!

Quality pair of goretex cycling pants with perhaps a bit too much material around the hips/waist.
I have owned and used these on and off for about 2 years now for commuting and cold / wet weather mtb'ing. As expected with any waterproof product if you are working hard, you will sweat in them. However if you are commuting and arent hammering the pedals you will stay less wet on the inside than if you werent using these in the rain. I do pack these for high alpine mtb'ing in case a storm rolls in and have used them in snow storms and they perform like a goretex ski pant, but without the bagginess around the legs/ankles.The fit is ok on the legs, but the uppers are a bit strange. Maybe they are made for wearing over business pants? I am 175cm/5'9" and 63-65kgs/140-145lbs and the mediums are a bit too baggy up top. Plus they come up quite high as well, which, if you are already wearing a jacket gives you a double layer of rain protection in an area where you just dont need it.

Bike Pants
These pants seem to be for riding in wet weather, which I don't do if I can help it. I live if Florida and I ride first thing in the morning and most of the time when it rains in Florida it is in the afternoon. Had I realized they were for rainy weather I would have not ordered them as they are a bit too expensive for me. They fit a bit snug so be sure you check their sizing chart,
