I purchased this on the basis that it had a sturdy bottom to support the pet. It hasn’t really, its just a flimsy cardboard panel with a bit of cushioning but not very comfortable for a boney dog!. There is a zip to the bottom section which is handy so I have added another layer of thick card, some sponge and also a fleecy lining inside the main compartment of the bag so the dog will be much more comfortable. When I have a bit more time I may add some Velcro so it can be removed and freshened up. There is a definite shortage of pockets - there are 2 which are small. By the time you have added treats, poo bags, wipes, the lead etc it’s quite a tight fit and no chance of adding your phone or any of your own belongings so you would need an extra handbag for these. I’ve had to buy a separate bag dispenser to hang on to the outside to free up a little space. This fits a 3kg spindley chihuahua perfectly but I’m not sure it was worth the price paid.

Not the best photo in the world but hard to photograph whilst on your own. My little one, who is 16, loved it. She had the advantage of being able to smell the air and rest at the same time. My phone didn't fit in the pockets but it's a large phone. It is light weight and easy to carry. I found the wide strap annoying at first. Overall I love this product.

The bag is as described and looks as shown in the photos. It seems pretty well made and sturdy.My problem is my dog hates it. Very difficult to get my dog to get in it in the first place and then when successful (after bribing with treats) he struggles to get out and looks generally uncomfortable and traumatised sitting in it. He struggles so much and ends up actually with his legs out of the thicker lower material and somehow balanced in thinner netting which presumably is supposed to be around the dog’s neck to stop him jumping out.For me I think perhaps the sling sits too low on the body. The strap is at its shortest but the dog sits low around the wearer’s waist so gets all the swinging leg movement when walking. If the straps could go shorter I could have him around chest level which would probably give more comfort to both my dog and me.It’s early days, I’m hopeful that my dog will get used to it.

Good quality. Would hold my puppy in securely and was a lot comfier to carry him in than a handbag.

Our puppy loves being in it, very practical and sturdy. Great chouce for now until we can go for walks! Will see if it's going to be big enough for him when he is bigger, he is just under 2 kgs now.

Nice comfy wide strap across shoulders and body. It is a bit bulky but I think that is because of the flat bottom in this design

We were going to buy a cheaper bag but a friend recommended this one and said the solid base made for a more comfortable experience for the dog. Our little one got popped in no problem and seemed comfortable enough. Didn't scramble to get out. Very sturdy and the drawstring meant he couldn't really get out, I didn't even use the lead attachment. Item is well made and I love the pockets. We have a malshi (Maltese x shih tzu) and he's quite small for a dog but I reckon anything up to a shih tzu type dog would fit. I think I saw a 9lb limit.

Arrived promptly, well made & good quality. I’m only 5ft and very happy with length of strap, however, may be a bit short for taller person?!Overall recommend this product
