Yerba Mate Bombilla Stainless Steel Filtered Drinking Straw - 6 inches -­- Set of 2

I was debating these over a cheaper pair online, but if I could do it again I would. I'm considering buying another pair. These are very reasonably priced and seem very sturdy. I needed a short pair for the office to not call so much attention when drinking yerba mate or terere. These are very simple looking but a nice and pretty design. Again, these are pretty short, but for my case that's just what I needed so that they don't stick out too far out from my YETI 10oz Lowball.

They work well and it's nice that they come in a two pack. If your leaves are really small though it does not fully strain them out and you may still get some. Otherwise good for the price

I purchased these straws thinking they were longer and although I absolutely like that it is stainless steel, it hasn't really worked for my needs. Particles kept clogging the strainer from the fresh juices and smoothies that I made and it just became annoying after awhile. I gave it a try and thought it would really be a great asset but it just didn't turn out that way.

I didn't returned this item, I don't know why, probably because it didn't cost me a lot of money, but this bombilla don't filter your loose tea the way is supposed to, I ended up with the tea dust in my mouth, not good filter...get a better one.

I've tried a number of different bombillas, being fairly disappointed by all. I tried some bamboo ones, but they would crack in the heat, I tried others where the filters were too small and would clog easily. Some even started rusting on the inside no matter how clean i tried to keep them.These bombillas are the best I've found so far. They do have one pretty big flaw, which is that afaik there's no way to open them and clean them from the inside out, but seeing how the filter section of the straw is pretty thin, they clean pretty easily even without being able to open them.Other than that, they are easily worthy of 5 stars (gave them 5 stars anyways, since they're the best i've found online so far :P)

Good draw but they are too short, add an inch and they will be perfect. I use them all the time and am very satisfied by their basic purpose.

Good value. Would like them to be a little longer for a glass or mug. I knew it before purchasing. They are intended for mate gourds.I use it for sandy, dirty, hibiscus tea flower. Next time I will buy a premium bombilla with a take apart strainer / filter.I would imagine the spiral wound would work well.

I NEVER review anything I buy on Amazon but I have to give a BIG THUMBS UP to this bombilla, it never clogs, it is well made, there is a lot of surface area for the water to get through, very well constructed, and very sanitary with easy cleanup.The average bombilla has a limited life because they all end up clogging and getting all kinds of junk caught in them, but this bombilla is so well constructed that it has holes on the bottom part and an additional set of holes on top, so there is little chance of it getting clogged.On top of that, you get two!! as an avid mate drinker, I'm in heaven. Keep up the good work guys!!
