Q: Can you inflate with a foot pump

No, you don't need a foot pump it has a plug on a wire already attached in a little pocket in the headboard end of the bed you just plug it in and turn the dial to inflate when the bed is inflated there is a high pitched noice in the inflation , you just unplug it and store the plug and wire back into the little pocket .when you want to deflate it plug it back in and turn the dial to deflate .it's so easy .child's play, honestly it's the best guest bed I've ever purchased ..it literally takes minutes to inflate /deflate and I store it back in the bag and I saved the box it's easier to store the bed .it just fits into a cupboard .hope this helps 😀

Q: Is it fits 220 v power

I'm sure it would be fine. We use ours with a UK 3 pin plug connected to a 240V mains source and most electrical items seem to accept 220V/240V. It's a great air bed!
