Aroma Wrap Heated or Cooled Herbal Neck Wrap with an Essential Oil Pack, Logo Pocket Choice of Aroma Wrap or Bible Verse (Lavender)

I suffer from stress headaches and migraines that often start with neck stiffness and pain, but this is very helpful and soothing. I stick it in the microwave for 1 minute & 20 seconds, and it heats my up to relax my tight muscles. The material inside (flax, lavender, and rice) is held in four departments, so it doesn't shift to only one end. It also smells really great as is, so I haven't even bothered with trying to use the essential oil packets yet. It doesn't eliminate my headaches, but it lessens some of my pain. I think eventually I'll try to find a larger one that I can also wrap around my shoulders.

This article is fantastic. It warms up in the microwave with 45-50 seconds of juice. I haven't tried it as an "ice pack" yet, but I would expect it to work as it would use the same mechanism that heating uses. It has a light lavender like aroma that doesn't annoy. I think you can switch out the aroma packets if you don't like the one that comes ready to wear. I play tennis, am in my 60s and often have a tight neck after playing a couple sets. This wrap is the perfect remedy for what ails my neck. Great price, great packaging and great results.

This is so great! Enjoyable product. I like that they added the pouches for essential oils and the strap inside to keep it in place. Very comfortable. I have an illness and this helps relax me and relieve some of my pain! Can be hot or cold :). Also, I like the lavender scent to it! I ordered the Be Still quote and appreciate it as when I use it, I am needing to be still. A good reminder.

I had another type of heat wrap before I purchased this one. It was at least 10 years old and time to replace. This one, the heating area isn't as wide and it doesn't stay warm very long. The beans/rice slide around in it too....sometimes gets in bunches. My previous one had 3 individual pouches you could take out and heat individually...plus you could was the wrap. This one, I would not put it in the washing machine. It's ok, but would not purchase it again.

My mom enjoys it. She's 53 and gets hot flashes. The cooling lasts about 30 - 45 minutes for her after pulling out of the fridge. Maybe keep it in the freezer for longer cooling.. It can also be used hot.

The herbs inside smell awesome, and the oils provided are fantastic as well. just be careful to not microwave it for too long - it seems more efficient to microwave for a minute or so, turn it, and add more time to reach desired heat. The material is super soft, and there is a small loop so as to fit it snugly around your neck. Overall - great product.

It's okay but I don't like the scent packet; I really wanted the lavender. How do I get the lavender? It doesn't stay heated as long as I thought it would.
