The CapRack20 is the ideal way to store a multitude of baseball and sport caps. The ingenious two row style CapRack 18 holds 18 caps. Each hook holds one cap. The caps face front, so you can show your pride in your home team - even when you're not at the game. The CapRack 20 prevents caps from getting crushed, or losing their shape. Each row of the CapRack 20 can be hung over a door (it fits both residential (1.5" thick and commercial 1.75" thick doors), over a closet rod or hung from a hook in the ceiling. Assembly level/degree of difficulty: No Assembly Required.

Cap Rack holder without clips to clamp the hats in place. Good find but could be improved.
Good product, good price. Easy to install my 4 year old grandson and I did the install me the top my grandson the bottom part. I like it but the baseball style hats I have just hang on the small plastic hooks there is no clips to actually hold the hats in place. You can't see that from the advertising photo. So if you put it on a door that's opened and closed a lot " maybe " the hats will fall off. My door is always open and I live by myself so not much action on the door. I'm going to find some type of clip to add to the Cap Rack like small clothes pins. Also as far as 20 hats no way the bottom hat hooks are really close together unlike the top were they are spaced a part far enough for hats to hang without being on top or each other. In the photo I have 13 hats, the clips are NOT EVENLY SPACED. Look the price was low and I'm ok with it compared to what else is on Amazon website. Also in the photo you'll see you can have 3 Cap Racks on a standard door so that's a option too. Thanks for Reading.Reviews help consumers.

Hooks not long enough
I saw that this had 4 stars, so I thought, "Ok, this should be good". So I bought it, and the only reason I'm giving it two stars is because it came on time and it fits on my closet door. The setup was easy, it took me 5 minutes max. When I started putting the hats on, however, it was a different story. It took me half an hour to put up 12 hats, and I was wearing one and one's lost (but I'll find it). It was a nightmare for snapbacks. I'm pretty sure it's because the hooks are too short, so whenever I put a hat on the hook above a hook with a hat already below it, the hat below it fell off. Every time I move the door a few hats come off. I had to put the hats on the hooks in a specific order, starting from the bottom and going up because if I started from the top and went down the hat above would fall off. I can only imagine what putting a hat on the middle of the rack will be like, and taking one off. :(Update: I took off my hat and attempted to put it on the rack. 3 other hats fell off. When I took it off the rack, I was super careful and no hats fell off.

Useful, but Cumbersom
Useful, but cumbersome. So, the thing does what it's suppose to do, but if you're envisioning like I was, that you're going to have this thing on the back of your door, come in from a long day of work, play, hunting, driving, whatever, and just "throw" your hat on a hook.....NO, You're Not!You have to pretty much grab or move the other hat that's on the other little spike and then adjust it over, so that the hat you're putting back on it, can actually "hang" otherwise, you will walk away, come back and that sucker will be on the floor. I feel it could have benefited, with a little more space "width wise" between the hats. You can adjust the straps "height wise" but not width wise and I think thats what it needs, the hooks being an inch apart makes it hard for any/all hat backs to "easily" grab them, with some muss & fuss, you will get them on no problem and they "will" hold them on there, just not what I was expecting, though it's getting used...meh!

Hats are not secure, fall off often.
I had the rack on a bathroom door that is used very often, the rack was tightened all the way but hats kept falling off. So I moved it to the inside of a closet door in my office. Only opened rarely and lately only to get a hat or put a hat away. Hats still falling off left and right. The hooks are not very secure. I love the over door design, but this is not helping my hat mess problem. Would recommend only if the design were changed to clips instead of hooks.

Cap holder isnt a bad idea
This product does what it says for the most part. The problems arise when you want to put on or take off a cap. Because it has 2 prongs usually the hats rub against each other, which means when you pull on one, the other will also move. Given this, the other cap will fall off easily because they prongs arent hooked nor very long at all. In addition getting to the hat means lifting the hats above it cause them to also fall off. While if you are careful this wont happen, who wants to be careful just grabbing a baseball cap, you want to grab and go, not do surgery. The smaller rack would prob work out better as it only has 1 hook instead of 2, but it most likely has the same problem with the overlapping caps.

Rubbish.
You're better off just putting your hats on the floor, cause that's where they'll end up, guaranteed. This thing couldn't hold a hat if it had a handle on it. Put it on my door, adjusted it so it was taut, but then after a day or 2, it was super saggy again & closing the door made all my hats fall to the floor. At 1st I tried 2 hats to a hook, hooking them to the snap-back portion: floor, then since that didn't work, I went 1 hat to 1 hook (each hook has 2 prongs) still: floor. So to the garbage it went.

Not quite what I was expecting
From the picture on the box, it looks like this should be able to hold 2 hats side by side. What I found is that it's extremely difficult to hang the hats on it like in the picture. My hats kept falling off the hooks which felt a little soft. They definitely had a hard time holding up my snapback hats. It is easy to set up, but if you have a lot of hats which are on the heavier side, this probably won't meet your needs.

Hats do not stay on rack
I was very disappointed with this. The picture describes it as the hats hanging with no problem but the hooks are not sturdy enough and I can't get the hats to stay on. I will be returning this.
